What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Proposal from Priya Raman for a Growth subscription at £40k per year, with a one-off implementation included in a total deal value of £52k. Stored as final, but it is a proposal, not executed paper. It states no availability or P1 response terms.
What it is: a sales proposal dated 10 Oct 2024, prepared by Priya Raman for Saltdean Hart Insurance Brokers. It proposes the Growth tier built inside the customer's own Snowflake account, rolled out first to the account executives and the claims team.
Commits: nothing binding. It sets out "Growth subscription | Annual | £40k" and a "Total deal value" of £52k covering the first term plus the one-off implementation. It names Marcus Bell as customer success manager.
Unusual: the document warns that the £52k "should not be read as an annual price". The annual price that renews is £40k.
Not settled: the implementation fee is not itemised. No service levels, connector dates, payment terms or signatory appear. Contracted price and terms sit in the order form under the Master Services Agreement, which this text does not include. The "final" status is the proposal's own, not a signature.

Body
Saltdean Hart Insurance Brokers - Proposal
Prepared for: Saltdean Hart Insurance Brokers, Brighton Prepared by: Priya Raman, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 10 Oct 2024 Status: Final
Context
Saltdean Hart is a Sussex commercial insurance broker serving SMEs, landlords and motor fleets. Your account executives and your claims team each work across several systems, and a good deal of time goes on reconciling what the CRM, the mailboxes and the call recorder each say about the same client. Our conversations so far have focused on getting those teams one place to ask questions, so that nobody has to piece an answer together by hand.
What we propose
BG-Demo will build B-Glass inside your own Snowflake account: one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails and tickets, with pages, chat and search on top. We propose the Growth tier, which is designed for several teams working from the same layer and includes the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews.
Scope
Read the whole document (2,421 characters)
- Growth subscription, annual, in advance
- Fixed-fee implementation to connect your sources and prepare the brain on your own data
- Rollout first to the account executives and the claims team
- A named customer success manager, Marcus Bell, who owns adoption and the quarterly reviews
Pricing
| Item | Basis | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Growth subscription | Annual | £40k |
| Implementation | One-off, fixed fee | Included in the deal amount below |
| Total deal value | Subscription for the first term plus the one-off implementation | £52k |
The annual price of £40k is what renews each year. The total deal value of £52k is the first-year commitment including the one-off implementation fee, and should not be read as an annual price.
How we will work together
- We confirm the sources to be connected with your teams.
- We issue the order form under our Master Services Agreement for your review.
- Once it is signed, implementation starts and we agree a go-live plan with the account executives and claims team.
- Marcus takes over adoption and sets the first quarterly review.
Next steps
To keep momentum, the next move is for your team to confirm the scope above so that we can send the order form and Master Services Agreement. Happy to make this easy: I can walk your finance and operations contacts through both documents in one call.
Best, Priya
