A first-draft Growth tier proposal from Priya Raman dated 7 Oct 2024. It states an annual price of £40k and a total deal amount of £52k including the one-off implementation fee. Not agreed; terms are confirmed only in an executed order form.

What it is: a draft proposal from Priya Raman, Account Executive, dated 7 Oct 2024. It states "This is a first draft for discussion and has not been agreed."

Commits: nothing binding. It proposes Growth with the dashboards builder, quarterly reviews with Marcus Bell, and the nightly refresh "complete by 07:00 on business days". Billing is annual in advance, with quarterly invoicing on request.

Unusual: the document stresses that "£52k is the total value of the deal, not the annual price. The annual price is £40k." The £12k difference is not stated as a figure; the text says only that it is the one-off implementation fee, which does not recur at renewal.

Not settled: the connector list, the implementation start date, whether further teams are included, and security follow-ups. It gives no availability percentage, P1 response time or connector delivery dates. An executed order form, which is not shown here, would override this draft.

Saltdean Hart Insurance Brokers - Proposal v1

Draft | Prepared by Priya Raman, Account Executive, BG-Demo | 7 Oct 2024

This is a first draft for discussion and has not been agreed. Commercial terms are confirmed only in an executed order form.

1. Context

Saltdean Hart Insurance Brokers is a Brighton commercial insurance broker serving SMEs, landlords and motor fleets. Your account executives and claims team work across several systems: a CRM, a mailbox, call recordings, a helpdesk and the accounting system. Finding a single answer about a client or a claim means checking each in turn.

BG-Demo's B-Glass puts one AI-queryable layer over those sources, built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your teams can ask a question and get an answer instead of reconciling systems by hand.

2. What we propose

We propose the Growth tier, which is designed for several teams working from the same data. It covers:

Read the whole document (3,508 characters)
  • Pages, chat and search across your connected sources.
  • The dashboards builder, so your teams can build their own views.
  • Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Marcus Bell.
  • The Growth user allowance and the Growth connector allowance, both set out in the order form.
  • The standard Growth availability commitment and priority-one response commitment.
  • The nightly refresh, complete by 07:00 on business days.

The first teams in scope are the account executives and the claims team. Further teams can be added later, and extra users or connectors are available as add-ons.

3. Implementation

Implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee piece of work to connect your sources, design the connectors with our Solutions Engineer and get both teams asking questions on your own data. Connectors named in the order form carry a commitment to be live within an agreed number of days.

The fee is included in the deal amount in the pricing table below.

4. Pricing

ItemAmountNotes
Growth subscription, annual price£40kBilled annually in advance
One-off implementation feeIncluded in deal amountFixed fee, paid once
Total deal amount£52kAnnual price plus the one-off implementation fee

To be clear, £52k is the total value of the deal, not the annual price. The annual price is £40k. The difference is the one-off implementation fee, which does not recur at renewal.

Quarterly invoicing is available on request. Payment terms are the standard BG-Demo terms.

6. Open points

As this is a draft, the following are still to be settled:

  • The final list of connectors for the first term.
  • The start date for implementation.
  • Whether any further team should be included from the start.
  • Any security follow-ups from the completed questionnaire.

7. Next steps

If we can get this over the line soon, we can keep momentum through the security review and into implementation. I am happy to make this easy: send me your comments on the scope and the open points above, and I will turn them into an order form under the master agreement.

Best, Priya
