What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Quarterly business review deck by Daniel Okafor dated 7 Dec 2025 for a Growth tier customer. It reports rising usage, two routine tickets and no overdue invoices, and sets up a renewal conversation ahead of the term end on 8 February 2026.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck prepared by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, with Priya Raman named as account owner. It states "Contracted annual recurring revenue | £44k" and 40 licensed users on the Growth tier.
Commits: nothing new. It sets out a plan for the next quarter: a refresher, a look at the dashboards builder, capturing value examples, and agreeing renewal dates.
Unusual: it describes support as "Within the standard Growth service level" without stating any service figures. Usage is described in loose terms such as "roughly one sixth" and "eleven or twelve people".
Not settled: the renewal outcome, the price at renewal, and any renewal date beyond "8 February 2026". The deck does not say whether v2 pricing applies. It is a deck, not an executed contract, so the figure is a statement in this document only.

Body
Kelvinhaugh Pension Services - QBR
Quarterly business review prepared by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo. Account owner: Priya Raman. Review date: 7 December 2025.
1. Where we are
Kelvinhaugh Pension Services has been a BG-Demo customer since 9 February 2024 and is on the Growth tier. Thank you to everyone at Kelvinhaugh for the time you have given the brain over the last couple of years.
| Item | Position |
|---|---|
| Tier | Growth |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £44k |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Current term ends | 8 February 2026 |
| Overdue invoices | None |
2. Usage this quarter
- Active users have grown on the prior quarter, a healthy rise of roughly one sixth.
- On a typical day, around eleven or twelve people are active in the brain. That is a good core of regular users, though well short of the licensed number, so there is headroom.
- The scheme-relationship managers remain the heart of usage. How is the team finding it day to day? That is the question I would most like to talk through on the call.
What the usage tells us
Read the whole document (2,841 characters)
Growing activity from a settled group suggests the brain is becoming part of the working week rather than something people dip into. The gap between active and licensed users is an opportunity: more of the wider team could benefit without any change to the contract.
3. Value
The clearest value is time. People who used to reconcile the CRM, call notes and email threads by hand are now asking the brain instead. I would like to capture two or three specific examples from your team in their own words, so that the value case is written down and not just remembered.
4. Support and service
| Measure | Last 30 days |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised | Two |
| High priority tickets | None |
| Service level | Within the standard Growth service level |
Both tickets were routine and were closed without escalation. Nothing is open that concerns me.
5. Plan for the next quarter
- Widen adoption. Invite more of the licensed users to a short refresher, focused on chat and search.
- Dashboards. Look at whether the dashboards builder, which is included in Growth, would help the team report on scheme activity.
- Capture value. Collect a few worked examples from the relationship managers.
- Renewal conversation. The current term ends on 8 February 2026, so I would like to agree a time to talk through the renewal with Priya and your team. I will come back to you with some dates by the end of this week.
6. Summary
- Usage is rising and invoices are up to date.
- Support has been quiet.
- The main task is turning steady use into a written value case ahead of the renewal.
Just to close the loop: if there is anything you would like added to the agenda, please tell me before we meet.
Best wishes, Daniel
