What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final Starter-tier QBR deck prepared by Daniel Okafor on 8 Dec 2024. It states contracted annual recurring revenue of £18k, 15 licensed users and a term ending 8 Feb 2025, and sets up the renewal conversation. It binds no one.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck from Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager. It says the customer has been with BG-Demo "since 9 Feb 2024" on Starter, with the "Current term ends 8 Feb 2025".
What it states: "Contracted annual recurring revenue" of £18k, 15 licensed users and no overdue invoices. Usage is described only qualitatively: a handful of active users, up on the previous quarter. No tickets or connector problems are reported.
Not settled: the deck gives no usage numbers and no customer quotes on value. It says value evidence should be captured "in the team's own words".
Next: it points to a renewal proposal shared by Priya Raman, which is not in this document. Options are renewing on Starter or widening to a higher tier. The outcome is not recorded, and the deck is nearly two years old, so its figures are not current.

Slide 1: Why we are meeting
Thank you for your time. This review covers how B-Glass has been used since go-live, what value the team is getting, anything that has got in the way, and what comes next as the current term nears its end.
- Customer since 9 Feb 2024
- Tier: Starter
- Current term ends 8 Feb 2025

| Item | Position |
|---|---|
| Tier | Starter |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £18k |
| Licensed users | 15 |
| Overdue invoices | None |
Slide 3: Usage
The brain is being used by a small, steady group: the scheme-relationship managers it was bought for. Active users sit well below the number of licensed users, but the group has grown compared with the previous quarter, and the trend is the encouraging part.
Read the whole document (2,915 characters)
- Active users: a handful on an average day, up on the previous quarter
- Licensed users: 15, so there is plenty of headroom for colleagues who have not yet logged in
- Worth a conversation: who else in the wider team would benefit from asking the brain their own questions
A small group asking most of the questions is a pattern we watch, because the value then depends on a few people. Widening the circle makes the brain more resilient as well as more useful.
Slide 4: Value delivered
What we can say from the records is limited to usage and support activity, so we would like to hear it from the team directly.
- The relationship managers can ask one place about scheme and client information instead of checking several systems by hand.
- No support effort has been needed, which suggests the connected sources are loading and refreshing as expected.
We would like to capture, in the team's own words, one or two examples of time saved or a question answered faster. That is the best evidence of value to take into a renewal conversation.
Slide 5: Issues and support
| Area | Position |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised in the last month | None |
| High priority issues | None |
| Connector or refresh problems | None reported |
Nothing is open. If the team has frustrations they have not logged, this is the moment to raise them.
Slide 6: Looking ahead
- The term ends on 8 Feb 2025, so the renewal conversation is the main item for the coming weeks.
- Priya Raman has shared a renewal proposal. Please read it alongside this review.
- Options to discuss: renewing on Starter as it is, or widening to more teams on a higher tier.
- I will come back to you with a short summary of what we agree today, just to close the loop.
Slide 7: Questions for the team
- How is the team finding it day to day?
- Which questions do you ask most often, and which do you wish you could ask?
- Who else should have access before the next term begins?
Best wishes, Daniel
