Background
Vellacott Payments provides payouts and collections for marketplaces and payroll bureaux. Implementation
BG-Demo will deliver the Enterprise implementation as a fixed fee over twelve weeks, including support for the customer's security review. Connectors named in the order schedule carry a live-by commitment agreed with the customer's project lead.
General terms
The standard BG-Demo data processing terms and confidentiality terms apply. The customer's data stays in its own Snowflake account throughout. Either party may terminate for uncorrected material breach as set out in the standard terms.
