Context
Vellacott Payments is an FCA-authorised e-money and payments firm providing payouts and collections for marketplaces and payroll bureaux. Partnerships, merchant onboarding and complaints each hold part of the picture of a client. You want those teams to see each client together, and to ask questions of that view without reconciling systems by hand.
B-Glass is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data remains under your control. Following the security review, this proposal sets out the Enterprise tier.
Scope
The Enterprise tier of B-Glass, covering:

- one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets and finance data;
- pages, chat and search for the partnerships, merchant onboarding and complaints teams;
- the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews;
- SSO and SCIM, so access follows your identity provider;
- an executive sponsor on the BG-Demo side;
- security review support within the fixed-fee implementation.
Connectors named in the order form carry a live-by commitment, so you know when each source will be answering questions.

To put a number on it: the annual price is £99k. The total deal amount of £129k includes the one-off implementation fee, which does not recur. Add-ons such as Premium support, the Sandbox or dedicated data residency are not included and can be quoted separately if you want them.
How the work runs

- Connect and index. We connect the agreed sources inside your Snowflake account.
- Roll out together. Partnerships, merchant onboarding and complaints go live as one group, so the shared client view is useful from the start.
- Review and renew. Daniel Okafor runs the quarterly reviews and owns the renewal conversation, so the subscription is judged on questions asked and value delivered.
