Lewis Kerr's proposal of 3 Nov 2025 to move Kingdon Diagnostics from Growth to Enterprise at £119k a year excluding VAT, for 40 users. It states no availability or P1 response figures. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.

What it is: a renewal proposal from Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, stored as final. It offers Enterprise in place of Growth ahead of the term ending on 5 Jan 2026.

Commits: the table gives "£119k, excluding VAT" a year, 40 licensed users, billed "Annually in advance, co-termed to your renewal date of 5 Jan 2026". It adds that "Your nightly refresh commitment stays as it is today."

Unusual: the price is set against a current Growth figure of £51k, with no discount or price-book basis given. Service credits are said to cover "both availability and data freshness", but no percentages are stated.

Not settled: the text gives no availability percentage, P1 response time or connector dates. It does not show whether the customer accepted, and an order form was only to be prepared once the customer confirmed. As of 9 Oct 2026 the 5 Jan 2026 date has passed, so the executed paper decides.

Kingdon Diagnostics - Renewal Proposal

Final

Prepared for Kingdon Diagnostics by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BG-Demo Customer success manager: Marcus Bell Date: 3 Nov 2025

1. Where we are today

Kingdon Diagnostics joined BG-Demo on 6 Jan 2025 on the Growth tier, so that contract managers can see each trust's referrals, reporting-turnaround tickets and invoices together across your twelve sites in the North East and Cumbria.

Your current term ends on 5 Jan 2026. Over the past quarter:

  • Active use of the brain has grown compared with the quarter before.
  • No support tickets have been raised in the last thirty days.
  • All invoices are paid on time.

Your contracted annual recurring revenue on Growth is currently £51k, with 40 licensed users.

2. What we propose

We propose renewing on the Enterprise tier, which is built for company-wide use and for buyers with more demanding security and service needs.

3. What changes for you

  • Access and security: single sign-on and SCIM, so access follows your identity provider.
  • Service levels: the Enterprise availability commitment and the fastest priority response time, with service credits that cover both availability and data freshness.
  • Sponsorship: a named executive sponsor at BG-Demo alongside your customer success manager, Marcus Bell.
  • Headroom: the Enterprise user and connector allowances, which sit well above what Growth includes, should you wish to bring more teams in.

Your nightly refresh commitment stays as it is today.

4. Next steps

  1. Review this proposal with your contract managers and finance team.
  2. Let Lewis Kerr know of any questions, or if you would prefer to see a like-for-like Growth renewal for comparison.
  3. We will prepare the order form under your existing agreement once you confirm, in good time before 5 Jan 2026.

I'll send that over today if you would like the order form drafted in parallel.

Kind regards, Lewis
