Internal draft renewal proposal dated 29 Oct 2025, not shared with the customer. It proposes moving Kingdon Diagnostics from Growth to Enterprise at £119k per year, excluding VAT, for the term ending 5 Jan 2026. No availability or P1 response figures are stated.

What it is: an internal draft by Lewis Kerr, marked "Draft for internal review. Not yet shared with the customer." It sets out a renewal option for the term ending on 5 Jan 2026.

Commits: nothing yet, as it is a draft. It quotes £119k excluding VAT, billed "Annually in advance, co-termed to your renewal date of 5 Jan 2026", for 40 licensed users on the Enterprise tier.

Unusual: the proposal cites contracted recurring revenue of £51k on Growth, and the Enterprise service levels are described only in general terms, with no figures.

Not settled: whether the upgrade is supported by usage, whether a like-for-like Growth quote is added, whether the figures match the executed order form and invoices, and who at the customer receives it. The text says usage "does not by itself make the case". It is open whether it was ever sent.

Body

Kingdon Diagnostics - Renewal Proposal v1

Draft for internal review. Not yet shared with the customer.

Prepared by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BG-Demo Customer success manager: Marcus Bell Date: 29 Oct 2025

1. Context

Kingdon Diagnostics has been a BG-Demo customer since 6 Jan 2025. The network runs MRI and CT services for NHS trusts and private insurers from twelve sites in the North East and Cumbria. It bought the Growth tier so that contract managers can see each trust's referrals, reporting-turnaround tickets and invoices together in one place.

The current term ends on 5 Jan 2026, so this proposal sets out the options for the renewal.

2. How the account is doing

  • The brain is in steady use and the number of active users has risen compared with the prior quarter.
  • There have been no support tickets in the last thirty days and no high-priority tickets.
  • There are no overdue invoices.
  • Contracted annual recurring revenue today is £51k on the Growth tier, with 40 licensed users.

To put a number on it, usage supports a conversation about moving up a tier, but it does not by itself make the case. That is an open point below.

The Enterprise tier adds single sign-on and SCIM, an executive sponsor, and the Enterprise service levels, including the stronger availability commitment and faster priority response, with service credits that also cover data freshness.

4. Open points before this goes to the customer

  1. Confirm with Marcus Bell which Enterprise features the contract managers would actually use, so the proposal is not pushing an upgrade the usage does not support.
  2. Decide whether to also quote a like-for-like Growth renewal alongside the Enterprise option, so the customer can compare.
  3. Check the figures against the executed order form and the invoices in accounting before anything is sent.
  4. Agree who at Kingdon Diagnostics receives the proposal.

5. Next steps

  • Lewis Kerr to finalise the pricing page once the open points are closed.
  • Marcus Bell to review the usage summary and confirm the value story.
  • Send to the customer well ahead of the renewal date of 5 Jan 2026.

I'll send that over today once it has been reviewed.

Kind regards, Lewis
