What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Proposal of 13 Aug 2025 from Lewis Kerr to expand the Growth subscription, co-termed to the 5 Jan 2026 renewal. Annual price of the expansion is £9,000; total value for the remaining term is £2,934. It is a proposal, not an order form.
What it is: a proposal from Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, to expand the existing Growth subscription: "This is an add-on to what you already have, not a change of tier and not a new contract." Stored status is final, but it is a proposal and still needs acceptance.
Commits: nothing binding. Pricing is stated as an annual price of £9,000 and a total deal value of £2,934 for the remaining term. The text says the £2,934 "is not an annual price" and that £9,000 applies from the renewal onwards unless agreed otherwise.
Unusual: co-terming to the renewal on 5 Jan 2026, and prices are exclusive of VAT.
Not settled: the document does not say what the expansion contains (lines, quantities, sources). It does not show whether Kingdon Diagnostics accepted or whether an order form was issued. Service terms are said to stay as today for Growth.

Body
Kingdon Diagnostics - Proposal
Status: Final Prepared for: Kingdon Diagnostics Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: Wednesday 13 August 2025 Customer success manager: Marcus Bell
All prices are shown exclusive of VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate on invoice.
1. Context
Kingdon Diagnostics has been a BG-Demo customer since Monday 6 January 2025, running B-Glass on the Growth tier. The brain gives your contract managers one view of each trust's referrals, reporting-turnaround tickets and invoices across your imaging network in the North East and Cumbria.
The current Growth subscription includes a licensed allowance of 40 users and runs to 5 Jan 2026. Since go-live you have asked us how the platform could be extended without changing tier, and this proposal sets out our recommendation.
2. What we are proposing
We propose an expansion of your existing Growth subscription. This is an add-on to what you already have, not a change of tier and not a new contract.
Read the whole document (3,267 characters)
- Tier stays as Growth, with the Growth user allowance unchanged.
- The expansion is added to the current subscription and co-termed to your renewal, so there is a single renewal date for everything.
- Service levels stay as they are today for the Growth tier. Nothing in this proposal reduces them.
- The detailed lines, quantities and service terms are set out in the order form that follows acceptance.
3. Pricing
| Item | Value |
|---|---|
| Deal type | Expansion of the existing Growth subscription |
| Annual price of the expansion | £9,000 |
| Total value of this deal for the remaining term | £2,934 |
The total deal value reflects the part of the year left before your renewal on 5 Jan 2026, because the expansion is co-termed to that date. It is not an annual price. The annual price of the expansion is £9,000, and that is what will apply from the renewal onwards unless we agree otherwise with you before then.
To put a number on it, you would pay £2,934 for the rest of the current term, and the expansion would then continue at its annual price.
4. Why now
The point of the expansion is to give the contract managers room to bring in more of the sources they work from, without a second round of scoping. We would rather agree this ahead of your renewal conversation than during it, so that the renewal covers one tidy subscription.
We have looked at how your team uses the brain today. Usage is steady rather than growing quickly, and you have raised very little with support. We are not recommending this because of a problem. We are recommending it because it is the most direct way to make the brain more useful to the people already using it, and we would be glad to talk through whether the timing suits you.
5. Next steps
- Review this proposal with your contract managers and whoever signs for Kingdon Diagnostics.
- Tell Lewis whether you would like to go ahead, or whether you would like any part changed.
- On acceptance, BG-Demo issues the order form for signature under the existing agreement.
- Marcus Bell then works with your team on getting the additional sources live and on checking they are loading.
I'll send the order form over today once you confirm.
Kind regards, Lewis
