What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final proposal from Tom Ashdown for the Growth tier of B-Glass. Annual subscription £42k; total deal amount £54k including one-off implementation. It is a proposal, not an executed order form, and states no service levels.
What it is: a proposal dated 11 Nov 2024, prepared by Tom Ashdown, for the Growth tier built inside the customer's own Snowflake account. Its stored status is final, but it is an offer, not executed paper.
Commits: it states two prices. "Growth subscription, annual price" is £42k, and the "Total deal amount" is £54k, which "includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price."
Unusual: the annual price is below the v1 Growth list of £44k in the company brief, which suggests a discount, but the text does not say so. The document names Marcus Bell as customer success manager and Lewis Kerr as account owner as of its date.
Not settled: it gives no availability, response times, refresh deadline, connector dates, payment terms, signature or start date. The order form and Master Services Agreement are listed as next steps, so the executed paper decides the actual terms.

Body
Kingdon Diagnostics - Proposal
Prepared for: Kingdon Diagnostics, Newcastle upon Tyne Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 11 November 2024 Status: Final
Context
Kingdon Diagnostics is an independent diagnostic imaging network. It runs MRI and CT services for NHS trusts and private insurers from twelve sites across the North East and Cumbria.
The contract managers at Kingdon Diagnostics have told us that the information they need about each trust sits in separate places. Referrals, reporting-turnaround tickets and invoices each live in their own system, and pulling them together for a single trust takes manual reconciliation. This proposal sets out how B-Glass from BG-Demo would give them one place to see and ask about all three.
What we propose
We propose the Growth tier of B-Glass, built and run inside Kingdon Diagnostics' own Snowflake account. The brain would connect the systems that hold referrals, reporting-turnaround tickets and invoices, and make them queryable together by the contract management team.
In practice that means a contract manager can:
Read the whole document (3,509 characters)
- see one trust's referrals, turnaround tickets and invoices on a single page;
- ask the brain questions in plain English rather than exporting and matching spreadsheets;
- build dashboards for the measures each trust and insurer cares about;
- review progress with the BG-Demo customer success team at regular business reviews.
Scope
| Area | What is included |
|---|---|
| Subscription | B-Glass, Growth tier, for the Kingdon Diagnostics contract management teams |
| Capabilities | Pages, chat and search, plus the dashboards builder |
| Data sources | The Growth connector allowance, covering the referral, helpdesk and accounting systems named in discovery |
| Implementation | A fixed-fee Growth implementation, delivered by BG-Demo, to connect the sources and get the first teams asking questions |
| Customer success | A named customer success manager, Marcus Bell, and regular business reviews |
The account owner for Kingdon Diagnostics at BG-Demo is Lewis Kerr.
Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Growth subscription, annual price | £42k |
| Implementation, one-off fixed fee | Included in the deal amount below |
| Total deal amount | £54k |
The total deal amount of £54k is the whole value of the deal and includes the one-off implementation fee. It is not an annual price. The annual subscription price is £42k, and that is the figure that would recur at each renewal, subject to the price book in force at that time.
All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT.
How we would work together
- Agree the commercial terms. Tom Ashdown confirms the order form and the Master Services Agreement with your team.
- Implementation. BG-Demo connects the agreed sources inside your Snowflake account and checks the data with your contract managers.
- Go live. The first contract managers start asking questions of the brain and building their trust-by-trust views.
- Review. Marcus Bell runs business reviews so that the value is visible and the brain keeps pace with how you work.
Next steps
- Kingdon Diagnostics confirms the tier and the sources it wants connected first.
- BG-Demo issues the Master Services Agreement and order form for review.
- The two teams agree a start date for implementation.
If anything in this proposal needs adjusting, please speak to Tom Ashdown and he will update it.
