Draft proposal of 6 Nov 2024 for the Growth tier at £42k annual price, with a first-year deal amount of £54k including implementation. It is not an offer under the MSA and several points are open.

What it is: a draft proposal prepared by Tom Ashdown, marked "Draft." and "not yet an offer under the MSA". It sets out the Growth tier for Kingdon Diagnostics' contract managers.

Commits: nothing binding. It states the annual price of £42k, billed annually in advance, and a first-year total of £54k "including implementation". Only the £42k recurs at renewal, "subject to the price book in force at that time".

Service levels: it refers to the standard Growth terms and a nightly refresh by 07:00 customer local time on business days, but gives no availability or response figures.

Not settled: the connector list, payment terms and billing schedule, and the go-live target. The evidence does not show whether an order form followed, so an executed order form, if any, would override these figures.

Body

Kingdon Diagnostics - Proposal v1

Draft. Prepared for discussion, not yet an offer under the MSA.

Date: 6 Nov 2024 Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo Account owner: Lewis Kerr Customer success manager: Marcus Bell

1. Context

Kingdon Diagnostics runs MRI and CT services for NHS trusts and private insurers from twelve sites in the North East and Cumbria. Contract managers currently piece together each trust's referrals, reporting-turnaround tickets and invoices from separate systems. That takes time, and it is hard to give a trust a single, current picture.

2. What we propose

The BG-Demo B-Glass on the Growth tier: one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, helpdesk and accounting data, built and run inside your own Snowflake account.

What that gives your contract managers:

Read the whole document (2,713 characters)
  • One place to ask questions about a trust's referrals, turnaround tickets and invoices together.
  • Pages, chat and search across the connected systems.
  • The dashboards builder, so your team can build the views each trust relationship needs.
  • Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager.
  • The Growth user and connector allowances, with room to add more if you widen the rollout.

3. Scope of implementation

A fixed-fee implementation covers connector design, loading of your agreed source systems, permission setup by trust and training for your contract managers. Hannah Lowe, our Solutions Engineer, leads the technical design and has already supplied your security questionnaire answers.

4. Pricing

ItemAmount
Growth subscription, annual price (billed annually in advance)£42k
One-off implementation fee (fixed)Included in the deal amount below
Total deal amount (first year, including implementation)£54k

The deal amount is the total value of the first year including the one-off implementation fee. Only the annual price of £42k recurs at renewal, subject to the price book in force at that time.

5. Service levels

The standard Growth service levels apply: the Growth availability commitment, the Growth first-response time for urgent issues, and a nightly refresh completed by 07:00 customer local time on business days.

6. Open points (draft)

  • Final list of connected systems to be confirmed with your team.
  • Payment terms and billing schedule to be confirmed; quarterly billing is available on request.
  • Go-live target to be agreed once the connector list is settled.

7. Next steps

  1. Kingdon Diagnostics reviews this draft and sends comments.
  2. We confirm the connector list and permission model.
  3. We issue the order form under the MSA for signature.

Best, Tom
