Final QBR deck dated 1 Mar 2026 for the Growth subscription. It lists £44k as contracted annual recurring revenue and a term ending 2 Jul 2026. It states no availability or P1 response figures; renewal is to be priced on the current Growth list.

What it is: a customer success review by Daniel Okafor, marked Final, covering usage, support, value and renewal for a Growth subscription. It is a review deck, not a contract or order form.

Commits: it restates the account position, including 40 licensed users and a term ending Thursday 2 July 2026. Its only price figure is the table line "Contracted annual recurring revenue | £44k".

Unusual: the renewal "will be priced on the current Growth list rather than the original one", and any first-term discount ends at renewal. The exact renewal figure is deliberately left to a separate commercial note.

Not settled: the customer's own account of value is "still to be gathered", and no service levels or connector dates appear. The term end has passed since the deck, and the document does not show whether the renewal happened or at what price.

Delancey Haig bought Growth so that client-account directors could see each client's vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints together, instead of piecing them together from separate systems. This review looks at how well that is working and what we should do before the term ends.

3. Usage and adoption

Read the whole document (5,162 characters)
  • On a typical day in the last month, a little under twelve people were active in the brain. That is a healthy core group, but well short of the 40 licensed users.
  • Active use is up by roughly a tenth on the previous quarter, so the direction is right.
  • The gap between licensed and active users is the main thing to work on. It is headroom rather than a problem, but it is also the first question a finance reviewer will ask at renewal.
  • This pack does not break down questions asked, dashboards built or connector health by person. We should look at those together on the call, particularly whether a small number of people account for most of the questions.

What this tells us: adoption is growing steadily and the account is not in decline, but it sits on a small group of regular users relative to the licence.

4. Support and service

MeasureLast thirty days
Tickets raisedNone
High-priority ticketsNone
Overdue invoicesNone
  • No tickets were raised in the period, and nothing is outstanding.
  • Invoices are paid on time.
  • Silence from a smaller user group can mean things are working well, or that some people have drifted away. Usage is rising, which points to the first reading, but we should check it with the team rather than assume.

5. Value for the client-account directors

The case for Growth rests on one view per client. For the review we want to confirm with Delancey Haig:

  1. Which client-account directors use the brain weekly, and for which questions.
  2. Whether the joined-up view of vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints has changed how client conversations are prepared.
  3. Whether there is a client example where the brain surfaced a complaint or an invoice issue before it escalated.
  4. Which dashboards the team has built for itself, as a sign of their own investment.

These answers become the value summary that supports the renewal. At the moment we have a good picture of usage, but the customer's own account of the value is still to be gathered.

6. Renewal and commercial position

  • The current term runs to Thursday 2 July 2026.
  • The renewal falls after the date from which the current price book applies to renewals of earlier contracts, so the renewal will be priced on the current Growth list rather than the original one. Daniel will bring the exact figure and the order form changes in a separate commercial note, not in this deck.
  • Any first-term discount ends at renewal.
  • The renewal notice will go out well ahead of the end date, and Daniel will lead the conversation with Priya Raman supporting on commercial terms.

7. Risks and opportunities

9. Next steps

Just to close the loop: the account is stable and growing, and the job between now and July is to turn rising usage into a clear account of value that the customer's own team can stand behind. Daniel will come back to the customer with proposed times for the follow-up session.

Best wishes, Daniel
