What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final quarterly review deck dated 30 Nov 2025 for Delancey Haig on the Growth tier, prepared by Daniel Okafor. It reports rising users, no tickets and no overdue invoices, and warns that the term ends 2 Jul 2026 with list pricing at renewal.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck from BG-Demo's Customer Success Manager, Daniel Okafor, dated 30 Nov 2025 and marked Final. It reads the account as "a healthy, quiet account with room to grow".
Commits: it is not a contract, but it restates 40 licensed users and a current term ending 2 Jul 2026. Its table gives £44k as contracted annual recurring revenue.
Unusual: it tells the customer that "the first renewal is where the current list price for the Growth tier will apply, and any first-term discount comes to an end". It gives no new price figure.
Not settled: it makes no measured saving or revenue claim, and no outcome measure has been agreed. It is more than ten months old and the term end has passed, and the deck does not show whether the renewal happened.

Delancey Haig - QBR
Quarterly business review, Growth tier
Prepared by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo Account owner: Priya Raman Date: 30 Nov 2025 Status: Final
1. Why we are meeting
This review is a chance to step back from the day-to-day and look at how B-Glass is working for Delancey Haig. Three questions guide it:
- Are the client-account directors using the brain as part of their normal week?
- Is the platform behaving well enough that nobody has to think about it?
- What should we plan for between now and the contract end date?
2. Your contract at a glance
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Customer since | 3 Jul 2024 |
| Tier | Growth |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £44k |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| Current term ends | 2 Jul 2026 |
| Customer Success Manager | Daniel Okafor |
| Account owner | Priya Raman |
Growth gives several teams one place to work from, plus the dashboards builder and a quarterly review such as this one.
3. What you bought the brain to do
Read the whole document (5,174 characters)
Delancey Haig places technology and finance professionals on contract and permanent terms. The brain was bought so that client-account directors could see each client's vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints together, rather than moving between systems and reconciling them by hand.
That purpose is the yardstick for everything that follows.
4. Usage: who is using the brain
- Active users, averaged over the last thirty days, have risen compared with the previous quarter. The increase is a healthy one, roughly a fifth.
- The number of people active in a typical month is still well below the 40 licensed users. That is headroom, not a problem: it means there is room for more of the business to join without any change to the contract.
- Growth in the right direction, quarter on quarter, is the pattern we want to see at this stage of a first term.
What we would like to understand together: which client-account directors use the brain every week, and which have not yet found the moment where it saves them time.
5. Service and support
- No support tickets were raised in the last thirty days.
- No high-priority tickets were raised in the same period.
- The nightly refresh has not been a topic of conversation, which is how it should be.
A quiet ticket queue can mean everything is working, and it can also mean people have stopped asking. Alongside the rising user numbers, we read it as the former. If anything is irritating the team and is not worth a ticket, please tell us anyway.
6. Commercial health
- There are no overdue invoices on the account.
- Payments have been made to terms, and there is nothing outstanding to resolve on either side.
Thank you to your finance team for keeping this so straightforward.
7. Value delivered so far
Based on what the evidence shows today:
- More of your client-account directors are using the brain than a quarter ago.
- The service has been stable enough to generate no support demand at all.
- The brain sits inside your own Snowflake account, so the data stays in your environment.
What this deck does not claim is a measured saving in hours or a revenue figure. We have not yet agreed with you how Delancey Haig would measure that, and we would rather do it properly than guess.
8. Opportunities
| Opportunity | What it would mean | Who to involve |
|---|---|---|
| Bring more client-account directors into regular use | Closes the gap between active and licensed users | Priya Raman, Daniel Okafor |
| Build dashboards around complaints and placements | Shows investment in the brain and gives a shared view for team meetings | Client-account directors, Daniel Okafor |
| Agree a simple way to describe the value to your leadership | Makes the renewal conversation easier for everyone | Priya Raman, Daniel Okafor |
9. Looking ahead to renewal
The current term ends on 2 Jul 2026. Because the account was signed under the earlier price book, the first renewal is where the current list price for the Growth tier will apply, and any first-term discount comes to an end. We would rather you heard this from us early than found it in a renewal quote.
We will send the formal renewal notice in good time, and Daniel will walk through the options with you before anything is put on paper.
10. Actions and owners
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Share a short usage view by director, so you can see who is and is not active | Daniel Okafor | Before the next review |
| Identify two or three client-account directors who would benefit most from a short refresher | Priya Raman | Early in the new year |
| Agree what a good outcome looks like for the brain, in your own words | Priya Raman and Daniel Okafor | Next quarter |
| Open the renewal conversation, including pricing for the new term | Daniel Okafor | Well ahead of the contract end date |
11. Closing
Thank you for your time and for the way your team has taken the brain on. Just to close the loop: the headline is a healthy, quiet account with room to grow, and the main job for the coming months is helping more people find the value.
Best wishes, Daniel
