Final QBR deck for Delancey Haig on the Growth tier, dated 3 Sep 2025. It reports roughly eight active users of 40 licences, about a third fewer than the prior quarter, with no tickets and no overdue invoices. Contracted at £44k a year, contract end 2 Jul 2026.

What it is: a BB-Demo customer success review prepared by Daniel Okafor ahead of renewal. It is candid that adoption has softened: "Roughly eight" active users against 40 licensed, "Around one in five" in regular use.

Commits: no contractual terms are created. It states the contracted figure of £44k a year and contract end of 2 Jul 2026, and sets internal actions owned by Daniel, with Priya Raman on the renewal timetable.

Not settled: why use fell, which teams have stopped, and whether Growth dashboards were built. The deck says it does not want to guess before speaking to the team.

Currency: it dates from September 2025, so the usage position is a year old at the as-of date and later QBRs are not in this document.

Body

Delancey Haig - QBR

Quarterly business review, Growth tier Prepared by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo Review date: Wednesday 3 September 2025 Status: Final

Purpose of this review

  • Look back over the quarter at how Delancey Haig is using the company brain.
  • Be straightforward about where adoption has softened.
  • Agree a small number of actions with the client-account directors and the wider team before the contract comes up for renewal.

Thanks to everyone for making the time. Just to close the loop on the last review: the aim then was to widen use beyond the first group of client-account directors. This deck shows how far that has got.

The brain was bought so that client-account directors could see each client's vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints together, in one place, without reconciling systems by hand.

Usage this quarter

MeasureWhat we see
Licensed users40
Active users, 30-day averageRoughly eight
Change against the prior quarterAbout a third fewer active users
Share of licences in regular useAround one in five

Commentary

  • Active use has fallen noticeably against the previous quarter, and most of the licences we sold are not being used day to day.
  • The people who are still active appear to be a core group. We have not yet confirmed who they are, or whether a few individuals account for most of the questions asked.
  • The usage data tells us what has changed, not why. We do not want to guess at the reason before we have spoken to the team.

Value delivered

  • The original business case was a joined-up view of each client: vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints in one answer.
  • Where the active group is using the brain, it is for that client-level view, which is the job it was bought to do.
  • With fewer people asking questions, the value is reaching fewer client-account directors than it should.
  • At the contracted £44k a year, we want that value to be visible across the whole group, not only to a handful of users.

Support and service

MeasureLast 30 days
Support tickets raisedNone
High priority ticketsNone
Overdue invoicesNone

Commentary

  • Payments are up to date, and there is nothing outstanding on the account.
  • No tickets at all is good news on the technical side, but alongside falling usage it could also mean people have quietly stopped trying. We would rather hear small frustrations than none.
  • We have no record of a connector fault or a service miss in the period.

What the evidence does not show

  • Why active use has dropped: a change in team structure, a change of working habits, a lack of training, or simply other priorities.
  • Whether the drop is concentrated in particular teams or spread evenly.
  • Whether the dashboards available on the Growth tier have been built out for the teams that would benefit most.

Daniel will pick these up in conversation with the team rather than infer them from the numbers.

Risks and opportunities

Risks

  • Low adoption ahead of the renewal makes it harder for Delancey Haig to see what the subscription is worth.
  • If use keeps falling, the licence count will look oversized at renewal.

Opportunities

  • There is plenty of headroom within the existing licences: most seats are available to be put to work.
  • A short refresher for client-account directors, built around their own clients, could bring lapsed users back.
  • A shared set of dashboards for the leadership team would give a reason to return each week.

Proposed actions

Next steps

  • Daniel will come back to the team with a short summary of what he learns from the user conversations.
  • The next quarterly review will report whether active use has recovered.
  • Anything the team would like added to the agenda can go to Daniel at any time.

Best wishes, Daniel
