What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final Growth-tier QBR deck prepared by Daniel Okafor for Delancey Haig, dated 2 Mar 2025. It reports a healthy account, rising adoption against 40 licensed users, and a term ending 2 Jul 2025 at a contracted £42k a year.
What it is: a mid-term quarterly business review deck, stored as final, written by the CSM for the customer. It rates the account Healthy and sets out the road to renewal.
Commits: it is not a contract and binds no one to terms. It restates the contracted £42k a year and says "Pricing for the next term will be confirmed in writing in the renewal proposal, not in this deck."
Unusual: nothing off standard terms. Service levels are described only as "the standard Growth availability level", with no figures.
Not settled: the deck gives no customer-stated measure of time saved, no numeric usage figures, and no renewal price. The seat level for the next term is left to a conversation between Daniel and Priya Raman. It is dated well before the as-of date, so its position is not current.

The contract in brief
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Customer | Delancey Haig, London recruitment group |
| Tier | Growth |
| Customer since | 3 Jul 2024 |
| Current term ends | 2 Jul 2025 |
| Annual recurring revenue (contracted) | £42k |
| Licensed users | 40 |
| BG-Demo account owner | Priya Raman |
| Customer Success Manager | Daniel Okafor |
Delancey Haig bought Growth so that client-account directors could see each client's vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints together, without reconciling them by hand across systems. This review looks at how well that is working, at the halfway point of the term.
Usage and adoption
Read the whole document (4,895 characters)
- Average active users over the last month have risen clearly against the previous quarter, by a little over a fifth.
- The brain is being used by a solid core group of client-account directors and their teams, and the direction of travel is the right one.
- Active users are still well below the 40 licensed users. That is headroom rather than a problem: the licences are there, and more of the account teams can be brought in.
- The Growth tier includes the dashboards builder. It is the natural next step for teams who currently rely on chat and search alone.
What we read from this: adoption is moving in the right direction and the customer is paying for more seats than it currently uses. Our aim for the next quarter is to turn that headroom into regular weekly use.
Value: what the brain is doing
- Client-account directors can ask one question and get vacancies, placements, invoices and complaints for a single client in one answer, rather than opening several systems.
- The questions asked are the best measure of value, and they have grown in step with the rise in active users.
- We would like to capture two or three concrete examples from directors at the next check-in, such as a complaint spotted earlier or an invoice query settled in minutes, so the value case is in the customer's own words ahead of renewal.
What the evidence does not show: we do not yet have a customer-stated measure of time saved. That is the gap to close before renewal.
Support and service
| Measure | This period |
|---|---|
| Tickets raised in the last month | Two |
| High-priority tickets | None |
| Overdue invoices | None |
- Support demand is light and none of it has been urgent.
- The account is up to date on invoices, so there is no commercial friction to resolve.
- Growth service levels apply: the standard Growth availability level, first response on priority issues within the Growth target, and the nightly refresh complete by the usual morning time on business days.
Health summary
| Area | Position |
|---|---|
| Adoption | Rising, with headroom against licensed users |
| Support | Quiet |
| Payment | On time, nothing overdue |
| Relationship | Positive |
| Overall | Healthy |
Commercials and the road to renewal
- The current term runs to 2 Jul 2025 at a contracted £42k a year.
- The renewal conversation sits with Daniel as CSM, with Priya Raman owning commercial terms.
- The renewal notice will go out within the usual notice period ahead of the term end, and we want the value examples and the seat conversation settled well before then.
- Any change in licensed users, connectors or add-ons would be discussed in that conversation. We will bring a sensible view of the number of licences against actual use, so Delancey Haig pays for what it will use.
- Pricing for the next term will be confirmed in writing in the renewal proposal, not in this deck.
Plan and next steps
| Action | Owner | By when |
|---|---|---|
| Run a short session for account teams not yet using the brain, covering chat, search and the dashboards builder | Daniel Okafor | Before the next review |
| Collect two or three examples of value in directors' own words | Daniel Okafor | Ahead of the renewal conversation |
| Review licensed users against active users and agree the right level for the next term | Daniel Okafor and Priya Raman | Ahead of the renewal conversation |
| Open the renewal conversation and confirm terms | Priya Raman | Before the term ends on 2 Jul 2025 |
Closing note
Thank you to everyone at Delancey Haig who has helped make the first part of this term a good one. Just to close the loop: the aim between now and the renewal is simple. More of the client-account directors using the brain every week, and a clear, shared view of what it is worth to the business.
Best wishes, Daniel
