What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Data Processing Agreement under the MSA dated 13 Mar 2026, filed as executed. BG-Demo's signature block is completed by Tom Ashdown, but the customer signature line is blank. It states no availability, P1 response time or price.
What it is: a standard DPA that forms part of the Master Services Agreement dated 13 Mar 2026 between BG-Demo Limited as Processor and Wattlebrook Insurance Services as Customer.
Commits: BG-Demo "will process personal data only on documented instructions from the Customer". It will assist with data subject requests, allow audits "at reasonable notice and frequency", and "delete or return all personal data" on termination at the Customer's request.
Unusual: nothing off standard terms. Snowflake is named as a sub-processor, and the Customer is notified and may object to changes.
Not settled: the customer signature line is blank, with only a date and the title Authorised Representative, so the text does not show who signed for Wattlebrook. It also gives no service levels, price, notice period or end date.
