What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final renewal proposal from Tom Ashdown dated 23 Mar 2026: renew Enterprise, 160 licensed users, annual price £114k against the current £103k. The term would run a further year from 31 May 2026. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.
What it is: a renewal proposal prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, for the Enterprise term that "ends on 31 May 2026". It recommends renewing "with the same scope as today" and says an order form will follow for signature.
Commits: nothing is binding yet. It states an annual price of £114k, invoiced "Annually in advance, or quarterly on request", on "The standard BB-Demo terms", with the nightly refresh complete "by 07:00 local time on business days".
Unusual: the price "replaces the present contracted figure of £103k", and any first-term discount "does not carry into the renewal term". The Enterprise service levels are described but no availability percentage or response time is quoted.
Not settled: the document does not show whether the customer accepted or whether an order form was signed. It is dated before the as-of date, so the executed order form, if one exists, would take precedence over it.

Lindqvarn Retail - Renewal Proposal
Status: Final
Date: 23 Mar 2026 Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success manager: Marcus Bell Prepared for: Lindqvarn Retail, Stockholm
Context
Lindqvarn Retail joined BB-Demo on 1 Jun 2025. As a homeware and furniture retailer with about sixty stores across the Nordics, the company bought the brain to join customer service, e-commerce and store feedback into one view of each customer segment.
The current Enterprise term ends on 31 May 2026. This proposal sets out our recommendation for the renewal.
The first year in brief
- Use has grown. Active use is up compared with the previous quarter, and more colleagues are asking questions of the brain as part of their normal work.
- Support has been steady. A small number of tickets were raised in the last month, and the one priority issue was handled through the Enterprise support route.
- Payments are up to date. There are no overdue invoices.
- Room to grow. Your contract covers 160 licensed users, and current active use sits comfortably inside that number.
Our recommendation

We recommend renewing on the Enterprise tier with the same scope as today.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Tier | Enterprise |
| Licensed users | 160 |
| Deal type | Renewal |
| Annual price | £114k |
| Current contracted annual recurring revenue | £103k |
| Term | A further annual term, starting when the current term ends on 31 May 2026 |
| Invoicing | Annually in advance, or quarterly on request |
| Payment terms | The standard BB-Demo terms |
The annual price of £114k follows the current BB-Demo price list for the Enterprise tier and replaces the present contracted figure of £103k. Any first-term discount from the original agreement does not carry into the renewal term.
What you keep
- The brain continues to run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays where it is.
- SSO and SCIM, together with an executive sponsor at BB-Demo, remain part of the Enterprise tier.
- Enterprise service levels continue: the higher availability commitment, the fastest first-response time for priority issues, and service credits that cover both availability and data freshness.
- The nightly refresh is complete by 07:00 local time on business days.
- Marcus Bell remains your customer success manager and will keep running quarterly reviews with your team.
Where we can help you get more from it
Use is growing, so the natural question is where it goes next. Two things are worth discussing during the renewal conversation:
- Bringing more teams or more stores' feedback into the brain, using the headroom in your licensed users.
- Building on the customer segment views that service and e-commerce already share.
Neither is a condition of renewing. They are options if they would be useful.
Next steps
- Review this proposal with your colleagues and send any questions to Tom.
- Marcus will arrange a renewal conversation with you well before 31 May 2026.
- When you are happy, BB-Demo will issue the renewal order form for signature.
Thank you for the first year. We would like to keep building on it.
Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BB-Demo
