What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Internal draft renewal proposal prepared 18 Mar 2026 by Tom Ashdown. It proposes renewing Enterprise at £114k a year, replacing the current contracted £103k, for a term following the one ending 31 May 2026. Not yet shared with the customer.
What it is: an internal draft, marked "Status: Draft" for internal review and "Not yet shared with Lindqvarn Retail". It is a proposal, so it is an open item and not contracted paper.
Commits: nothing yet. It proposes Enterprise, 160 licensed users, "Annually in advance, with quarterly billing available on request", and a price of £114k against the current contracted £103k.
Unusual: the renewal price is described as reflecting "the current BB-Demo price list for the Enterprise tier". The draft states that Enterprise service levels continue and the nightly refresh completes by 07:00 local time on business days, but gives no availability or response figures.
Not settled: who receives the proposal, whether quarterly billing is offered up front, which value examples to cite, and whether extra users or a new team change the scope. The document was last modified on 18 Mar 2026, so the evidence does not show whether it was sent or whether a renewal was signed.

Body
Lindqvarn Retail - Renewal Proposal v1
Status: Draft for internal review. Not yet shared with Lindqvarn Retail.
Prepared: 18 Mar 2026 Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Customer success manager: Marcus Bell Customer: Lindqvarn Retail, Stockholm
Context
Lindqvarn Retail is a homeware and furniture retailer with about sixty stores across the Nordics. The company joined BB-Demo on 1 Jun 2025 and bought the brain to bring customer service, e-commerce and store feedback together into one view of each customer segment.
The current Enterprise term ends on 31 May 2026. This proposal sets out how we would like to renew it.
How the first year has gone
Read the whole document (3,524 characters)
- Adoption is growing. Active use is up compared with the previous quarter, and the brain is now part of the working routine for several teams rather than a single pilot group.
- Support has been quiet. Only a couple of tickets were raised in the last month and none of them were high priority.
- Billing is clean. There are no overdue invoices on the account.
- Licensed users. The contract covers 160 licensed users, and active use still sits well inside that number, so there is headroom to bring in more colleagues without any change to the plan.
What is proposed
We propose to renew on the Enterprise tier, with the same scope as the current term.
| Item | Proposal |
|---|---|
| Tier | Enterprise |
| Licensed users | 160 |
| Deal type | Renewal |
| Annual price | £114k |
| Current contracted annual recurring revenue | £103k |
| Term | A further annual term, starting when the current term ends on 31 May 2026 |
| Billing | Annually in advance, with quarterly billing available on request |
The renewal price of £114k reflects the current BB-Demo price list for the Enterprise tier. It replaces the current contracted figure of £103k. We would rather be open about the change now than let it come as a surprise in the invoice.
What stays the same
- The brain continues to run inside Lindqvarn Retail's own Snowflake account.
- SSO and SCIM, and the executive sponsor, remain part of the Enterprise tier.
- Enterprise service levels continue to apply: the higher availability commitment, the fastest first-response time for priority issues, and service credits that cover both availability and data freshness.
- The nightly refresh continues to complete by 07:00 local time on business days.
Value to point to
The case for renewal rests on the use the teams already make of the brain. Before the proposal goes out we want to agree with Marcus which examples to include: the customer segment views that service and e-commerce now share, and any store feedback themes that have changed a decision. Those need to come from Lindqvarn Retail's own usage so that the document is specific to them.
Open points before this goes out
- Confirm with Marcus that the usage picture above still holds on the day we send.
- Decide whether to offer quarterly billing up front or only if asked.
- Agree who at Lindqvarn Retail should receive the proposal and who else should be copied.
- Check whether there is interest in extra users or a new team, which would change the scope.
Next steps
- Tom to finalise the wording and share the proposal with Lindqvarn Retail.
- Marcus to line up the renewal conversation in good time before 31 May 2026.
- Once the customer agrees, BB-Demo issues the renewal order form for signature.
Questions on this draft should go to Tom Ashdown.
