Final v1 proposal of 24 Dec 2025 from Tom Ashdown for an expansion of the existing Enterprise subscription. Annual price of the expansion is £4,000; total deal value is £1,216 for the first period. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.

What it is: a proposal prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, to expand the Enterprise subscription "added alongside it under the same agreement". The existing subscription is stated as £99k a year for 150 licensed users, with the term running to 31 May 2026.

Commits: billing "annual, in advance", "standard 30-day terms" and no discount. The expansion sits under the Enterprise service levels already in place, with no separate service schedule.

Unusual: the table shows a total deal value of £1,216 against an annual price of £4,000. The text explains the former is the value "as booked for the first period" and "not the annual price".

Not settled: the proposal gives no scope detail for what the expansion adds, no signature and no start date. The order form is still to be issued, so nothing here is contracted until it is signed.

Lindqvarn Retail - Proposal

Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo Date: 24 Dec 2025 Status: Final, version 1 Proposal type: Expansion of the existing Enterprise subscription

1. Context

Lindqvarn Retail has been a BB-Demo customer since 1 Jun 2025. The company brain brings customer service, e-commerce and store feedback together into one view of each customer segment, across a Homeware and furniture estate of about sixty stores in the Nordics.

The Enterprise subscription is contracted at £99k a year and covers 150 licensed users. The current term runs to 31 May 2026. Usage over the last quarter has grown, support has been quiet, and there are no overdue invoices. That is a good place to be talking about expansion from.

2. What we are proposing

An expansion of the existing Enterprise subscription, added alongside it under the same agreement. Nothing about the current set-up, the connectors or the service levels changes. The expansion simply sits on top of what Lindqvarn Retail already has.

The total deal value is the value of the deal as booked for the first period, and it is not the annual price. The annual price of the expansion is £4,000. Tom will confirm the final invoice figures in the order form so there is no ambiguity about what is billed and when.

3. Service levels

The expansion sits under the Enterprise service levels already in place for Lindqvarn Retail. There is no separate service schedule for it.

4. Commercial terms

  • Billing follows the existing subscription: annual, in advance.
  • Payment terms are the standard 30-day terms already used on the account.
  • No discount is applied to this expansion.

5. Next steps

  1. Lindqvarn Retail reviews this proposal and confirms the scope is right.
  2. BB-Demo issues the order form for signature.
  3. Once signed, the expansion is switched on and Marcus Bell, your customer success manager, picks it up in the next check-in.

Any questions, ring or write to Tom directly.

Cheers, Tom
