Unissued draft proposal of 19 Dec 2025 for a £4,000 annual expansion to Lindqvarn Retail's Enterprise subscription. The stated total deal amount is £1,216, which does not reconcile with the annual price. It names no service levels and no date after 31 May 2026.

What it is: a draft proposal by Tom Ashdown, marked "Not yet issued to Lindqvarn Retail". It proposes "An expansion to the existing Enterprise subscription, added under the current agreement".

Commits: nothing yet, as it is unissued. The table lists "Annual price of the expansion" as £4,000 and "Total deal amount" as £1,216. No discount is applied.

Unusual: the two figures do not reconcile and the text does not explain the gap. The draft also says the term "ends on 31 May 2026", a date now past, and the evidence does not show whether it was renewed.

Not settled: which capacity the expansion covers, the start date and how the first invoice is raised. The draft says the figures will be confirmed against the order form before anything goes out.

Lindqvarn Retail - Proposal v1

Draft. Prepared 19 Dec 2025 by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo. Not yet issued to Lindqvarn Retail.

Context

Lindqvarn Retail has been a BG-Demo customer since 1 Jun 2025 on the Enterprise tier. The brain joins customer service, e-commerce and store feedback into one view of each customer segment across the Nordic stores.

The current contract has contracted annual recurring revenue of £99k and covers 150 licensed users. It runs to 31 May 2026.

Use has grown strongly since go-live. Active users are up sharply on the previous quarter, there have been no high-priority tickets and no invoices are overdue. The account is healthy, which is a good moment to talk about extending what the brain does for the team.

What we are proposing

An expansion to the existing Enterprise subscription, added under the current agreement. Everything already in place stays as it is: the Enterprise tier, the service levels in the executed order form and the existing connectors.

The deal amount is the total value of this order. The annual price is what the expansion costs per year once it is running. I will confirm both figures against the order form before anything goes out.

Scope

  • The expansion sits inside Lindqvarn Retail's existing BG-Demo environment in its own Snowflake account.
  • No change to the Enterprise tier, to SSO and SCIM, or to the executive sponsor arrangement.
  • Delivery is handled by the existing customer success relationship with Marcus Bell.

Commercial terms

  • The expansion is invoiced under the existing MSA and order form framework.
  • Payment terms follow the current agreement.
  • The expansion is aligned to the existing term, which ends on 31 May 2026, and would be picked up in the renewal conversation.
  • No discount is applied in this draft.

Open points

  • Confirm with the Lindqvarn team exactly which capacity the expansion covers before this is issued.
  • Confirm the start date and how the first invoice is raised.
  • Check the proposal with Marcus Bell so it matches what teams are actually using.
