What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final QBR deck prepared by Marcus Bell on 16 Nov 2025 for an Enterprise account. It reports contracted annual recurring revenue of £99k, 150 licensed users, rising adoption, no tickets and no overdue invoices, with renewal planned ahead of 31 May 2026.
What it is: a customer success review by Marcus Bell, with Tom Ashdown named as account owner. It says usage is in "the high thirties" against 150 licensed users, spread across customer service and e-commerce.
Commits: it is not a contract and binds no one. It sets internal actions: gather two or three written value examples, review licensed users against use, and "Open the renewal conversation ahead of the contract end on 31 May 2026".
Unusual: the deck states a contract end of 31 May 2026 and a customer-since date of 1 Jun 2025. The £99k figure is the deck's own statement of contracted annual recurring revenue, not checked against an order form.
Not settled: the deck is dated 16 Nov 2025, so its usage, ticket and payment statements are a snapshot from then. It does not show the order form, the renewal outcome or a price for the renewal.

Where we are
| Item | Position |
|---|---|
| Tier | Enterprise |

| Contract end | 31 May 2026 |
| Contracted annual recurring revenue | £99k |

Lindqvarn Retail bought the brain to join customer service, e-commerce and store feedback into one view of each customer segment. This review covers how that has gone since go-live.
Usage
- Average active users over the last thirty days sit in the high thirties.
- That is more than double the previous quarter, so adoption has moved quickly after the first months.
- Against 150 licensed users there is a lot of headroom. Most of the licence is still to be used.
- More teams across the Nordic business can be brought in without any change to the contract.
I've pulled the numbers for each team, and the growth is spread across customer service and e-commerce rather than sitting with one or two people. That matters because it lowers the key-person risk we usually watch for.
Value
Read the whole document (2,955 characters)
- Teams are asking questions of the brain directly instead of reconciling service, web and store data by hand.
- Store feedback now sits next to e-commerce and service data, which was the main reason for buying.
- The customer segment view is being used in regular conversations, not only in set-up sessions.
We would like to capture a few specific examples with the Lindqvarn team so the value is written down in their words before the renewal conversation.
Service and support
- No tickets were raised in the last thirty days.
- No high-priority tickets were raised.
- No invoices are overdue.
Quiet tickets alongside rising usage reads as a healthy account here, not silence. People are using the brain without needing help.
Enterprise features to make more of
- SSO and SCIM, so access follows the company's own user directory as more people join.
- The executive sponsor relationship, which we want to use to keep senior attention on the programme.
Plan for the next quarter
| Action | Owner | Timing |
|---|---|---|
| Bring further teams onto the brain, starting with those closest to the customer segment view | Marcus Bell with the Lindqvarn team | Over the coming weeks |
| Gather two or three written examples of value | Marcus Bell | Before the renewal conversation |
| Review licensed users against actual use and talk through options | Tom Ashdown | Early in the new year |
| Open the renewal conversation ahead of the contract end on 31 May 2026 | Marcus Bell and Tom Ashdown | Well ahead of notice |
Summary
Adoption is growing fast, support has been quiet and payments are up to date. The aim for the next review is to widen use across teams and have a clear, evidenced value case in place for the renewal.
Thanks, Marcus
