What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Final-status proposal dated 21 Mar 2025 from Tom Ashdown recommending the Enterprise tier. Annual subscription £99k, total first-year deal amount £129k including one-off implementation. It is a proposal, not an executed order form.
What it is: a sales proposal prepared for Lindqvarn Retail, Stockholm, recommending Enterprise because "the programme is company-wide" and the business will want SSO, an executive sponsor and strong service levels.
Commits: the proposal states price and a 07:00 nightly refresh. It says "The annual subscription of £99k is the figure that renews each year" and that the £129k deal amount "should not be read as the annual price".
Unusual: the subscription price is below the v1 Enterprise list in the company brief, and no discount is stated. The implementation fee is shown only as "Balance of the deal amount".
Not settled: no signature, start date, term, connector delivery dates, availability percentage or response times are stated. The next step is "Move to an order form under the Master Services Agreement", so contracted terms must come from the executed order form, which this document does not show.

Body
Lindqvarn Retail - Proposal
Prepared for: Lindqvarn Retail, Stockholm Prepared by: Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo Date: 21 Mar 2025 Status: Final
Context
Lindqvarn Retail is a homeware and furniture retailer with about sixty stores across the Nordics. Customer service, e-commerce and store feedback currently sit in separate places, and each team builds its own picture of the customer. The ambition is a single view of each customer segment that anyone in the business can question in plain language.
This proposal sets out how BG-Demo would deliver that with B-Glass, and what it would cost.
What we propose
B-Glass is one AI-queryable layer over your customer-facing data, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Your data stays where it is and under your control.
We recommend the Enterprise tier, because the programme is company-wide and the business will want single sign-on, an executive sponsor and the strongest service levels.
Scope
Read the whole document (3,490 characters)
- Connect customer service, e-commerce and store feedback sources into the brain.
- Build pages, chat and search so teams can ask questions of the joined-up data.
- Provide the dashboards builder so segment owners can track what matters to them.
- Support your security review as part of implementation.
- Quarterly reviews led by your customer success manager, Marcus Bell, with an executive sponsor from BG-Demo.
What Enterprise includes
- Single sign-on and user provisioning through SCIM.
- The Enterprise user and connector allowances.
- The Enterprise service level, including the fastest priority-one response and service credits for both availability and data freshness.
- Nightly refresh complete by 07:00 local time on business days.
Pricing
| Item | Type | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| B-Glass, Enterprise subscription | Annual, in advance | £99k |
| Enterprise implementation, including security review support | One-off, fixed fee | Balance of the deal amount |
| Total deal amount, first year | £129k |
The annual subscription of £99k is the figure that renews each year. The deal amount of £129k is the total value of the first year and includes the one-off implementation fee. It should not be read as the annual price.
Invoices are payable on our standard terms. Quarterly billing is available on request.
Delivery approach
Implementation is a fixed-fee, phased programme.
- Discovery and connection: confirm sources, access and owners, then bring the first connectors live.
- Security review: we support your team through the review and answer questions as they arise.
- Build and adoption: pages, chat, search and dashboards are shaped around the questions your teams ask most.
- Handover to success: Marcus Bell takes over the regular rhythm of reviews and adoption support.
What we need from you
- A named business sponsor and a technical contact for the Snowflake account.
- Access to the customer service, e-commerce and store feedback sources.
- A reviewer for security questions on your side.
Next steps
- Review this proposal with your leadership team and let me know of any questions.
- Agree the connector list for the first phase.
- Move to an order form under the Master Services Agreement once the scope is settled.
I am happy to walk through any part of this with your team. Leave the details with me and I will confirm anything that needs checking.
Tom Ashdown Account Executive, BG-Demo
