Draft proposal of 18 Mar 2025 from Tom Ashdown for the Enterprise tier at £99k a year, with a total first-year deal value of £129k including implementation. Not agreed and not a contract. Enterprise service levels apply but no figures are stated.

What it is: a draft proposal, marked "Not yet agreed and not a contract", prepared by Tom Ashdown for a Nordic homeware retailer. It proposes the Enterprise tier with a company-wide rollout and about twelve weeks of implementation.

Commits: nothing binding. Pricing is "Annual subscription, Enterprise tier" at £99k, invoiced annually in advance in GBP on thirty-day terms. The £129k is the first-year total including the one-off implementation fee, "so it should not be read as the annual price".

Unusual: the £99k is below the v1 Enterprise list of £110k in the company brief, though the document states no discount. It gives no availability %, P1 response time or refresh deadline, only "The Enterprise service levels".

Not settled: the connector list and go-live order, add-ons, and whether further security answers are needed. The evidence does not show an executed order form, so this stays an open item.

Body

Lindqvarn Retail - Proposal v1

Draft. Prepared 18 Mar 2025 by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BB-Demo. Not yet agreed and not a contract.

Context

Lindqvarn Retail is a homeware and furniture retailer with about sixty stores across the Nordics, headquartered in Stockholm. Customer service, e-commerce and store feedback currently sit in separate systems, which makes it hard to see one view of each customer segment.

This proposal sets out how the BB-Demo company brain could bring those sources together, run inside your own Snowflake account, so your teams can ask questions of one layer instead of reconciling systems by hand.

What we propose

The Enterprise tier, which suits a company-wide rollout and a buyer with a formal security review. It includes:

  • Pages, chat and search over your connected data
  • The dashboards builder
  • Quarterly business reviews with your customer success manager, Marcus Bell
  • SSO and SCIM for access control
  • An executive sponsor on the BB-Demo side
  • The Enterprise service levels for availability, support response and data freshness, with service credits for both availability and freshness

User and connector allowances are those of the Enterprise tier. If you need more later, additional users and connectors can be added.

Scope of the implementation

PhaseWhat happens
DiscoveryWe confirm the sources to connect, covering customer service, e-commerce and store feedback, and the questions your teams most want answered.
Security reviewHannah Lowe supports your IT team through the review. Her written answers are already with you in the security questionnaire.
BuildConnectors are configured in your Snowflake account and the first nightly refresh is switched on.
LaunchTraining for your teams, then handover to Marcus Bell for adoption and the regular reviews.

Implementation is a fixed-fee, one-off piece of work and takes about twelve weeks. Connectors named in the order form will carry a "live within" commitment.

Pricing

ItemAmount
Annual subscription, Enterprise tier£99k
Total deal value, including the one-off implementation fee£129k

The annual subscription is invoiced annually in advance, in GBP, on thirty-day terms. Quarterly invoicing is available on request. The total deal value of £129k is the first-year commitment including the implementation fee, so it should not be read as the annual price. From the second year the annual subscription is the figure that recurs.

Optional add-ons

Not included in the figures above, and priced separately if you want them:

  • Dedicated EU data residency
  • Premium support with a named engineer
  • Sandbox environment
  • On-site training day

Open points

  • Final list of connectors and the order of go-live, to be agreed with your team
  • Whether you want any add-ons from the list above
  • Whether the security review needs further written answers from Hannah

Next steps

  1. Your team reads this draft and sends comments.
  2. We agree the connector list and any add-ons.
  3. I turn the agreed points into an order form under our MSA for signature.

Happy to talk any of this through. Leave that with me and let's get something in the diary.

Best, Tom
