Renewal proposal from Lewis Kerr dated 28 Aug 2026 for Clonvara's Growth subscription at £55k per year, 40 users, twelve months from 31 Oct 2026. It flags falling daily use and offers an adoption review. It is a proposal, not signed.

What it is: a renewal proposal prepared by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, for the Growth subscription that ends on 31 Oct 2026. It is stored as final but is an open proposal, not an executed order form.

Commits: £55k annual price for 40 users, billed "annually in advance on 30-day terms", with quarterly billing on request, exclusive of VAT. Service levels are "the standard Growth service levels, unless your executed order form says otherwise".

Unusual: the proposed £55k is above the £50k Growth v2 list price, and the document gives £47k as the contracted annual recurring revenue. It does not explain the gap.

Not settled: the document states no availability or P1 response figures, and no start or end date for the new term beyond "twelve months". It admits daily use has fallen well below 40 licences and offers to adjust user numbers.

Clonvara Insurance Services - Renewal Proposal

Prepared for Clonvara Insurance Services, Dublin Prepared by Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BG-Demo Customer success manager: Amara Obi Date: 28 Aug 2026

1. Summary

Clonvara has used the BG-Demo B-Glass on the Growth tier since 1 Nov 2025, bringing broker activity, policy queries and claims tickets together. Your current term ends on 31 Oct 2026. This proposal sets out how we suggest the subscription continues for a further twelve months.

3. What we have noticed

Over the last quarter the number of people using the brain each day has fallen, and it is now well below the 40 licences you hold. You have not raised any tickets, so we have no complaint to respond to, but we would rather ask than assume.

We would like to understand which teams find the brain useful and which have gone back to older ways of working. Our proposal includes a joint review to answer that.

5. What is included in the first quarter of the new term

  1. An adoption review with Amara Obi and your team leads, looking at who asks questions of the brain and where it is not being used.
  2. A check of connected sources, to confirm that records are still being indexed as your systems change.
  3. A quarterly business review covering usage, value and any changes you would like to make to users or connectors.

If the usage position changes our shared view of the right number of users, I would sooner adjust the proposal than have you pay for licences you do not need.

Kind regards, Lewis
