Context
Clonvara Insurance Services has used the brain since 1 Nov 2025 to see broker activity, policy queries and claims tickets together, on the Growth tier. The subscription is contracted at £42k a year and runs to 31 Oct 2026, with 40 licensed users.
Use of the brain across your teams has grown strongly since go-live, and it has needed very little support. This proposal sets out an expansion of the Growth subscription to match that adoption.
Scope
- An expansion of your existing Growth subscription, with no change of tier.
- Co-termed to your renewal on 31 Oct 2026, so you keep one renewal date.
- Existing connectors, dashboards and pages continue unchanged. No re-implementation is needed.
- Quarterly business reviews continue with Amara Obi as your customer success manager.
