Scope and responsibilities
- BG-Demo will deliver the implementation within the eight weeks stated in the order summary and connect up to eight sources.
- The Customer will give timely access to the systems to be connected and name a day-to-day contact.
- Customer data stays in the Customer's Snowflake account. BG-Demo uses it only to provide the service.
- Handling of personal data is governed by the separate Data Processing Agreement signed on the same day.
General
- This agreement and its order summary are the whole agreement for the services described and replace earlier quotes and proposals.
- Any change must be in writing and signed by both parties.
