1. Parties
This agreement is between BG-Demo, a London data business ("BG-Demo"), and Clonvara Insurance Services, of Dublin ("the Customer").
2. Services
BG-Demo will provide B-Glass on the Growth tier, built and run inside the Customer's own Snowflake account, together with the one-off implementation described in the commercial schedule below.
3. Term
The subscription starts on 1 Nov 2025 and ends on 31 Oct 2026, unless renewed under this agreement.

5. Billing and payment

7. Data and security
The Customer's data remains in the Customer's own Snowflake account. BG-Demo will access it only to provide and support the services, and the parties will agree a data processing schedule before signature.
