Draft, unissued expansion proposal for the Growth subscription, dated 11 Jun 2025. It states an annual expansion price of £7,000 and a total proposal value of £2,742, and says figures are to be confirmed. No availability or P1 response figures are stated.

What it is: an internal draft by Tom Ashdown, marked "Not yet issued to the customer; figures to be confirmed before it goes out." It proposes an expansion added to the existing Growth contract, not a replacement.

Commits: nothing yet, as it is a draft. It says "The service levels of the Growth tier continue to apply" and "Billing follows the existing arrangement for the account."

Unusual: the two figures differ. The annual price of the expansion is £7,000, while the total value of this proposal is £2,742, described as the deal amount and "not an annual price". The text does not explain the gap.

Not settled: scope ("The exact mix is an open point"), final figures and the start date. The document also gives the current term end as 30 Nov 2025, which is long past at the as-of date, and the evidence does not show whether a proposal was ever issued or executed.

Body

Dunholm Precision - Proposal v1

Draft. Prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive, BG-Demo. Date: 11 Jun 2025. Not yet issued to the customer; figures to be confirmed before it goes out.

Context

Dunholm Precision has been on the Growth tier since 1 Dec 2024, using the brain to see customer orders, quality tickets and sales-engineer calls in one place. The current term ends on 30 Nov 2025.

Use has grown over recent months, with more people active than at the start of the year, and there are no open support issues and no overdue invoices. That makes this a good moment to talk about widening what the brain covers.

What we are proposing

An expansion of the existing Growth subscription, added to the current contract rather than replacing it.

Scope

Read the whole document (2,445 characters)

The scope is still being shaped with Dunholm Precision. The options we have discussed are drawn from the standard Growth add-ons: more users, more connectors, or both. The exact mix is an open point.

  • Additional users for teams not yet on the brain
  • Additional connectors for sources the team would like to bring in
  • Support from Daniel Okafor, the Customer Success Manager, to get new users started

Terms

  • The expansion is proposed to sit under the existing agreement and run alongside the current term, which ends on 30 Nov 2025.
  • Billing follows the existing arrangement for the account.
  • The service levels of the Growth tier continue to apply.
  • Renewal of the whole subscription, including this expansion, will be discussed nearer the end of the term.

Open points

  • Which teams and sources are included, to be confirmed with the customer.
  • Final figures, which I will check before this is issued.
  • Start date for the added capacity.
