What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Proposal from Tom Ashdown for a Starter-tier B-Glass: £20k annual subscription plus £6,000 implementation, £26k total. Quotes 99.5% availability and P1 response within 4 business hours. Not an executed order form.
What it is: a sales proposal dated 22 Oct 2024, prepared by Tom Ashdown, Account Executive. It is filed as final but is a proposal, so it is an offer, not a contract.
Commits: it states "Availability 99.5%. P1 support response within 4 business hours." It also states nightly refresh "by 07:00 UK time on business days" and a service credit of "5% of one month's subscription fee" if availability falls below 99.5% in a calendar month.
Price: the table shows a Starter annual subscription at £20k and implementation at £6,000, total £26k. It says the subscription "renews annually on the same terms", which is the proposal's wording, not a signed term.
Not settled: the document does not show who signed, or whether an order form was executed. Onboarding is planned for 1 January 2025, and the proposal does not say whether it happened. Contracted terms must be checked against the executed order form.

Body
Quaystead Marine Services - Proposal
The Opportunity
Quaystead Marine Services manages towage, pilotage support and marine engineering operations across multiple systems. Your CRM holds customer contracts, your ticketing system tracks jobs, your email is the operational record. Every job requires teams to hop between systems to answer simple questions: which customer owns this job, when was it last booked, and what do we know about their insurance status?
B-Glass connects these systems into one queryable layer inside your Snowflake account. Your teams ask natural questions and get answers without building reports, running queries or reconciling spreadsheets by hand.
What We'll Build
Starter tier, built over four weeks:
- One team access, up to 15 users
- Four data connectors: your CRM, ticketing system, email and one additional system of your choice
- Chat and search interface to ask questions across all connected data
- Pages for standing questions about customer contracts, active jobs and team capacity
Implementation includes connector setup, data mapping, initial user training for one team, and support until your first independent questions run reliably.
