1. Service Offering
BG-Demo will provide the Starter tier of its B-Glass service, effective from 1 July 2024 through 30 June 2025.
The Starter offering includes:
- Access for one team
- Up to 15 users
- Up to 4 data connectors
- Pages, chat and search functionality
- Six-monthly check-ins
2. Fees and Billing

4. Implementation
BG-Demo will implement the service within four weeks of contract signature. Implementation includes configuration of up to four data connectors as specified by the Customer.
5. Term and Renewal
This agreement commences 1 July 2024 and terminates 30 June 2025. Renewal terms and pricing will be discussed at least 90 days before expiry.
