1. Parties
This agreement is between:

2. Services
BG-Demo shall provide B-Glass – Starter tier, comprising:

6. Data Protection
BG-Demo shall process customer data in accordance with the attached Data Processing Agreement and applicable data protection law.

Neither party's liability shall exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, except for personal injury, data protection breaches or wilful misconduct.
