2. Background
Harrowden Foods has been a BB-Demo customer since 5 Jan 2026 on the Growth tier, with the brain running inside its own Snowflake account. 7. Billing
- BB-Demo will raise a single annual invoice for this order form on or shortly after the start date.

- The invoice will be issued to Harrowden Foods in pounds sterling.
- A service credit, if one is earned, is applied as a one-off credit and does not change the annual recurring charge.
8. General
- This order form is governed by the Master Services Agreement between BB-Demo and Harrowden Foods, and the terms of that agreement apply to it.
- Where this order form and any earlier quote or draft differ, this executed order form decides the price and terms.
- This order form changes only the number of users. It does not alter the connectors, tier features or other terms of the existing subscription.
- Either party may propose further changes by a new order form signed by both parties.
