Proposal of 8 Jun 2026 from Lewis Kerr to expand the Growth subscription: £8,000 annual price, £4,405 payable on this order, co-termed to the 4 Jan 2027 renewal. Stored as final, but it is a proposal, not an executed order form.

Proposal of 8 Jun 2026 from Lewis Kerr to expand the Growth subscription: £8,000 annual price, £4,405 payable on this order, co-termed to the 4 Jan 2027 renewal. Stored as final, but it is a proposal, not an executed order form.

What it is: a version 1 proposal from Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, to expand the existing Growth subscription. It says the capacity is itemised in an order form that follows, which is not part of this document.

Commits: "The £8,000 is the annual price of the expansion once it is running for a full year." "The £4,405 is the total value of this order." Prices are exclusive of VAT, and existing terms and service levels are unchanged.

Unusual: the expansion is co-termed to the renewal on 4 Jan 2027, and "There is no separate implementation fee shown on this proposal." The proposal says the expansion will be reviewed with the rest of the subscription at renewal.

Not settled: what capacity is added, whether the customer confirmed, and whether an order form was signed. The text gives no signature date and names no customer signatory. Treat it as an open item until an executed order form exists.

Harrowden Foods - Proposal

Expansion of the Growth subscription

Prepared for: Harrowden Foods Prepared by: Lewis Kerr, Account Executive, BG-Demo Customer success manager: Amara Obi Date: Monday 8 June 2026 Version 1, final

1. Context

Harrowden Foods has been a BG-Demo customer since 5 Jan 2026. You bought B-Glass so that commercial insights and customer service can see retailer accounts, service-level complaints and orders together, rather than reconciling them by hand across your own-label chilled ready meals and bakery operations at two sites.

You are on the Growth tier, with a contracted annual recurring revenue of £50k and 40 licensed users. Your current term runs to 4 Jan 2027.

Since go-live, use of the brain has grown well. The number of active users is up sharply on the previous quarter, and support demand has been very light: one ticket in the last month, none of them high priority, and no overdue invoices on the account. In short, the brain is being used and is not causing you problems, which is the right position from which to expand.

This proposal sets out the expansion we discussed, what it costs, and how it fits with your existing contract.

2. What we are proposing

An expansion of your existing Growth subscription, added to the contract you already hold rather than replacing it.

The capacity being added is itemised in the order form that follows this proposal. Everything already in place stays as it is: your connectors, your pages, chat and search, the dashboards builder and your quarterly business reviews with Amara.

3. Pricing

To put a number on it:

LineAmount
Annual price of the expansion£8,000
Amount payable on this order (co-termed to your renewal)£4,405

A few points of clarity so that nothing surprises anyone later:

  • The £8,000 is the annual price of the expansion once it is running for a full year.
  • The £4,405 is the total value of this order. Because it is co-termed to your renewal on 4 Jan 2027, you pay only for the period from signature to the end of the current term.
  • There is no separate implementation fee shown on this proposal.
  • All prices are stated exclusive of VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate on the invoice.
  • At renewal, the expansion will be reviewed with the rest of your subscription, so that you see one combined renewal conversation rather than two.

4. Why now

  • Usage supports it. Adoption has climbed quarter on quarter, and the people asking questions of the brain are the teams you bought it for.
  • One renewal date. Co-terming keeps a single anniversary, a single invoice cycle and a single conversation with your finance team.
  • No disruption. The expansion is added to your existing brain inside your own Snowflake account. There is no migration and no new project.

5. What stays the same

  • Your contract, the master terms and the order form you signed in January.
  • Your service levels for the Growth tier.
  • Your account team: Lewis Kerr for commercial matters and Amara Obi for adoption, reviews and renewal.
  • The data stays in your Snowflake account.

6. Next steps

  1. You confirm that this proposal reflects what you want to buy and by when.
  2. I send the order form for the expansion, co-termed to your renewal, for signature. I will send that over today once you confirm.
  3. On signature, we invoice the amount payable and Amara arranges a short check-in so the added capacity is switched on and used straight away.
  4. The expansion is then included in your next quarterly review.

If anything in this proposal differs from what you understood from our conversations, tell me and I will correct it before the order form goes out.
