Scope
Subscription
The Growth subscription covers several teams working on one brain, built and run in Harrowden Foods' own Snowflake account. It includes the pages, chat and search features, the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews, together with the Growth user and connector allowances as published for the tier.
Implementation
The implementation is a fixed-fee, one-off engagement of eight weeks covering set-up of up to eight connectors. It is delivered once, at the fee shown above, and is not repeated on renewal.
Term and renewal
- The subscription term starts on 5 Jan 2026 and ends on 4 Jan 2027.
- BG-Demo's Customer Success Manager will start the renewal conversation ahead of the end date and will give the renewal notice in good time.
- Any discount applies to the first term only. No discount is applied in this Order Form.

Service credits are calculated on availability alone. A brain that is available but answering from data that is not current has met the availability commitment, and no credit is due on that ground under this tier.

- This Order Form is governed by the Master Services Agreement between the parties, which applies to all services listed here.
- Harrowden Foods' data stays in its own Snowflake account. BG-Demo operates the brain within it.
- Changes to this Order Form, including additional users, connectors or add-ons, must be agreed in writing and are co-termed to the end date above.
