What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final-status proposal dated 31 Mar 2026 from Jordan Pike for the Enterprise tier. It prices the annual subscription at £125k and the first-year deal amount at £155k. It is a proposal, not an executed order form, and gives no figures for availability or P1 response.
What it is: a proposal for Quillmark Health, Boston, prepared by Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US. It covers the Enterprise tier built inside the customer's own Snowflake account, with SSO and SCIM, an executive sponsor, Premium support and the Sandbox.
Commits: nothing binding. The pricing table gives "Enterprise subscription, annual, billed in advance" at £125k and a "Deal amount (first-year total)" of £155k. The text says "The executed order form is the final word on service levels".
Unusual: service levels are described, not quantified. Availability and P1 response are stated only as the highest and fastest offered, and no numeric refresh time or credit percentage appears.
Not settled: HIPAA terms are left to agree with the customer's counsel. The connector list and go-live commitments are still to be agreed, and the evidence does not show whether an order form was issued or signed.

Body
Quillmark Health - Proposal
Prepared for: Quillmark Health, Boston Prepared by: Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BB-Demo Date: 31 Mar 2026 Version: Final Tier proposed: Enterprise
Context
Quillmark Health provides revenue-cycle management services to hospital groups. Your client-services teams work across several systems to answer a simple question: where do we stand with this hospital client? Today the answer is assembled by hand from the CRM, call recordings, email, the helpdesk and finance data, and it is usually out of date by the time it is shared.
You told us you want one view of each hospital client that your teams can ask questions of directly, and that any solution must satisfy your security team and your obligations under HIPAA. This proposal is built around those two requirements.
What we propose
BB-Demo would build and run the company brain for Quillmark Health on the Enterprise tier. The brain is one AI-queryable layer over your client data, built and run inside your own Snowflake account. Your data stays in your environment. BB-Demo does not copy it into a separate store of ours.
Scope
Read the whole document (5,287 characters)
- A single view per hospital client, combining account, call, email, ticket and finance information
- Pages, chat and search so client-services staff can ask questions in plain language and get answers with the source shown
- The dashboards builder for managers who want standing views of client health
- Connectors to the systems your teams use day to day, agreed with you during discovery and committed in the order form with a go-live commitment for each
- Single sign-on and SCIM provisioning, so access follows your identity provider and leavers lose access automatically
- A named executive sponsor at BB-Demo for the length of the subscription
- Premium support and the Sandbox, so changes can be tested away from live data
Implementation
Implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee engagement that includes security review support. It covers connector set-up, Snowflake deployment, access configuration, an initial data load and training for your client-services teams. We would agree a plan with named owners on both sides before work starts.
Security and compliance
To be transparent: Enterprise buyers in healthcare should expect a thorough review, and we would rather you test us early than late. Here is where we stand.
- Data location. The brain runs inside your Snowflake account, under your controls, roles and audit logging.
- Access. Single sign-on and SCIM sit in your identity provider. We would work with your team on role design so that people see only the clients they should.
- Security review. We will complete your security questionnaire in full and support follow-up sessions with your security team. Where an answer is "not yet" or "not applicable", we will say so plainly.
- HIPAA. We would expect to agree the appropriate contractual terms for protected health information with your counsel as part of the order form and the master agreement. We do not ask you to proceed on trust.
- Regional data residency. Dedicated US data residency is available as an add-on if your policies require it.
Service levels
Enterprise carries our strongest service levels:
| Area | Enterprise commitment |
|---|---|
| Availability | The Enterprise availability level, the highest we offer |
| Priority one response | The fastest first response we offer, measured in minutes rather than business hours |
| Data freshness | Nightly refresh completed before your teams start work on business days |
| Service credits | Credits apply for availability and for data freshness |
| Support | Premium support with a named engineer |
The executed order form is the final word on service levels and can adjust any of these.
Pricing
| Item | Amount |
|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription, annual, billed in advance | £125k |
| Fixed-fee implementation, one-off, including security review support | Included in the deal amount below |
| Deal amount (first-year total) | £155k |
The deal amount of £155k is the total value of the deal. It combines the first annual subscription of £125k with the one-off implementation fee. The annual subscription price going forward is £125k. Quarterly billing is available on request, and standard payment terms apply.
What we need from you
- A named business owner for the programme in client services
- A named technical contact for your Snowflake account and identity provider
- Access for your security team to our questionnaire responses and to a working session with us
- A list of the source systems you want connected first, in priority order
Next steps
- Your security team reviews this proposal and the questionnaire responses
- A joint working session between your security team and ours to resolve open questions
- Agreement of connector list and go-live commitments
- Order form issued under our master agreement for signature
- Implementation kick-off with named owners and a dated plan
What would make this a yes? If there is a requirement we have not covered, tell me and I will address it directly.
