What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final-status proposal dated 23 Mar 2026 from Jordan Pike for an Enterprise engagement. It states no price or service figures, and says no contract exists until an order form is signed under the MSA.
What it is: a sales proposal for the Enterprise tier, prepared for Quillmark Health in Boston by Jordan Pike. The text says "There is no contract between our organisations today", so it is an open item, not a contract.
Commits: nothing binding. Pricing is "at the current Enterprise list price" and the exact figures are left to the order form, which "is the document that decides contracted price and terms".
Unusual: dedicated US data residency is optional and not included in the pricing. HIPAA obligations, including the right agreement for protected health information, must be agreed before live data is connected.
Not settled: price, connector list, live-by dates, discount, and any signature. The evidence does not show whether an order form followed.

Body
Quillmark Health - Proposal
Prepared for: Quillmark Health, Boston Prepared by: Jordan Pike, Account Executive, US, BB-Demo Date: 23 March 2026 Status: Final
Where we are
To be transparent, here's where this proposal sits. Quillmark Health has evaluated the company brain on the Enterprise tier, and this document sets out what an Enterprise engagement would look like and what it would cost. There is no contract between our organisations today, so nothing here is in force until an order form is signed under our MSA.
This proposal is written for the people who will decide, and for the security and compliance team who will read it most closely. I have tried to say plainly what we do, what we do not do, and what we would need from you.
What we heard
Quillmark Health is a revenue-cycle management services firm working for hospital groups, and it is subject to HIPAA. Your client-services teams want one view of each hospital client, so that nobody has to reconcile the CRM, call recordings, emails and tickets by hand before a client conversation.
Three things came through clearly:
Read the whole document (6,068 characters)
- Client-services teams lose time assembling the picture of a single hospital client from several systems.
- Anything that touches client data has to survive your security review, without exceptions we have not disclosed.
- You need to be able to say what the work is worth once it is live.
What we propose
The company brain is one AI-queryable layer over your CRM, calls, emails, tickets, finance and other business data. It is built and run inside your own Snowflake account, so your data stays in your environment and under your own access controls.
Scope
| Area | What is included |
|---|---|
| Tier | Enterprise: company-wide use, built for regulated buyers |
| Capabilities | Pages, chat and search, plus the dashboards builder and quarterly business reviews |
| Identity | SSO and SCIM, so access follows your identity provider |
| Sponsorship | An executive sponsor from BB-Demo |
| Support | Premium support and the Sandbox, as provided with the Enterprise tier under the current price book |
| Service levels | The Enterprise availability commitment, the Enterprise first-response time for the highest priority tickets, and the nightly refresh. Service credits cover availability and data freshness |
| Security | Security review support included in the implementation |
User and connector allowances are those of the Enterprise tier. If you need more users or connectors later, they are available as add-ons.
Data residency
Because you are a US organisation handling health-related data, you may want dedicated US data residency. That is an optional add-on and is not included in the pricing below. Tell me early if you want it, so it can be written into the order form.
Security and HIPAA
Here's where I want to be direct. A security review is where this deal is won or lost, and I would rather you hear any gap from me than find it later.
- The brain runs inside your Snowflake account. BB-Demo does not move your data into a separate store of its own.
- We will answer your security questionnaire in full, in writing, and we will support the review for the whole implementation period.
- Where a control or document is not something we can evidence today, we will say so in the questionnaire rather than leave the answer vague.
- Any HIPAA obligations between us, including the right agreement for handling protected health information, would need to be agreed with your compliance team before any live data is connected.
What would make this a yes from your security team? If there is a requirement you already know will be a blocker, tell me now and we will address it first.
Delivery approach
Implementation is a one-off, fixed-fee engagement, and the Enterprise implementation includes security review support.
| Phase | What happens | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Security review | Questionnaire answered, architecture walked through with your security team | BB-Demo, with your security lead |
| Connect | Core systems connected inside your Snowflake account, with the connectors named in the order form carrying a live-by commitment | BB-Demo engineers, with your IT team |
| Build | Client views for hospital accounts, pages and dashboards for client-services teams | BB-Demo, with your client-services leads |
| Launch | Training, access through SSO, first quarterly business review scheduled | BB-Demo and your executive sponsor |
The connectors and their live-by commitments would be listed on the order form, not left to this document.
Commercials
| Item | Basis |
|---|---|
| Enterprise subscription | Annual, billed in advance (quarterly on request), at the Enterprise list price in the current price book |
| Implementation | One-off fixed fee for the Enterprise implementation, including security review support |
| Optional add-ons | Dedicated US data residency, additional users, additional connectors, on-site training day |
| Payment terms | Standard terms under our MSA |
The proposed Enterprise subscription is at the current Enterprise list price. Any first-term discount would be agreed in the order form and applies to the first term only. The exact figures will appear on the order form, which is the document that decides contracted price and terms.
What we need from you
- A named security and compliance contact to run the review with us.
- A named business owner in client services who will act as sponsor on your side.
- A list of the systems you want connected first, in priority order.
- A decision on whether US data residency is required.
Next steps
- Next week: a working session with your security team to walk through the questionnaire.
- After that: agree the connector list and any add-ons so the order form can be drafted.
- Then: order form under the MSA for signature.
If anything in this proposal does not match what you understood from our conversations, say so and I will correct it.
Thanks, Jordan
