What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Quarterly business review deck from Daniel Okafor, dated 29 Jul 2025, for a Growth customer. It states 40 licensed users, £44k contracted and a contract end of 2 Apr 2026. Usage is about twelve daily users. It is a review deck, not a contract.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck prepared by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager. It covers usage, value, support and next steps, and opens the renewal conversation.
States: "Annual recurring revenue (contracted) | £44k", tier Growth, 40 licensed users, contract end 2 Apr 2026, no overdue invoices. These are the deck's own summary, not the executed order form.
Usage: about twelve daily active users against forty licensed, with around twenty-eight seats unused. The deck calls this headroom and asks for concrete examples of value.
Not settled: the deck gives no price for renewal, no service levels and no evidence of what Lornefield said in the room. It is dated 29 Jul 2025, so its usage and contract figures are over a year old at the as-of date and the outcome of the renewal conversation is not shown.

Lornefield Pensions Administration - QBR
Quarterly business review, prepared by Daniel Okafor, Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo. Review date: 29 Jul 2025.
Thank you and who is in the room
Thank you to everyone at Lornefield for your time. Lornefield has been a BB-Demo customer since 3 Apr 2023 and was one of our Year 1 design partners, so this review is also a chance to look at how far the brain has come in your teams' day-to-day work.
What we will cover
- Usage and adoption
- The value you are getting
- Issues and support
- Plan for the coming months, including the renewal conversation

Usage and adoption
Read the whole document (2,988 characters)
- Average daily active users over the last thirty days were about twelve, against forty licensed users.
- That is a small rise on the previous quarter, so adoption is steady rather than climbing quickly.
- Most of the usage comes from scheme-relationship managers, which is the group the brain was bought for.
- Around twenty-eight licensed seats sit unused. That is headroom: more of your teams could be using the brain without any change to the contract.
How is the team finding it? That is the question I would most like your view on, because usage tells us how often people ask, not how useful the answers are.
Value
- Scheme-relationship managers now have one view of trustee calls, member-query tickets and fee invoices, instead of checking each system separately.
- The Growth tier gives you the dashboards builder, so your own team can decide which views matter most.
- We would like to hear from you which questions are asked most often and which meetings the brain has changed.
This is the slide where I would value your examples. The more specific the story, the easier it is to show what the brain is worth to the wider business.
Issues and support
- One support ticket in the last thirty days, and no high-priority tickets.
- No overdue invoices.
- Nothing on our side suggests a problem with the connected sources, but please tell me if any of your teams have noticed an answer that looked out of date.
Plan for the coming months
| Action | Owner | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Walk through the unused seats and agree which teams could be invited next | Daniel Okafor with the Lornefield sponsor | Opportunity to widen adoption within the current allowance |
| Collect two or three concrete examples of the brain changing a meeting | Lornefield scheme-relationship managers | Feeds the value case for the renewal |
| Open the renewal conversation ahead of the contract end on 2 Apr 2026 | Daniel Okafor and Nell Ashcombe | Timing agreed with Lornefield |
Close
Just to close the loop: I will send the notes from today and come back to you on the open points once I have checked them with the team.
Best wishes, Daniel
