What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Final quarterly review deck for the Growth plan, prepared by Daniel Okafor. It reports about eleven active users against 40 licensed, no tickets and no overdue invoices, and sets next-quarter actions ahead of the 2 Apr 2025 term end.
What it is: a customer-facing QBR deck dated 4 Aug 2024, filed under the customer's QBRs folder. It states ARR (contracted) of £44k, 40 licensed users and a term ending 2 Apr 2025.
Usage: "Around eleven people were active on average over the last thirty days, against forty licensed users." Active users are "slightly lower than in the previous quarter", and a small group carries most of the activity.
Commits: no contractual terms are set. The deck lists actions for Daniel Okafor, and for Nell Ashcombe on the renewal conversation, with no dates.
Not settled: the cause of the dip in active users, the date of the promised walkthrough, and whether the renewal went ahead. The deck is over two years old and says nothing about current status.

Lornefield joined as a Year 1 design partner. The brain gives scheme-relationship managers one view of trustee calls, member-query tickets and fee invoices.
3. Usage

- Around eleven people were active on average over the last thirty days, against forty licensed users.
- Active users are slightly lower than in the previous quarter. It is a small movement, but we want to understand it rather than assume it is seasonal.
- The gap between licensed and active users is headroom: there is plenty of room for more scheme-relationship managers and their colleagues to start asking the brain.
4. Value
- The brain is used as intended: one place to see what was said on trustee calls, what members have raised and what has been invoiced for a scheme.
- A small group of regular users carries most of the activity. That is common in the early life of a design-partner account, and it is worth spreading the habit across more of the team.
- We would like to hear, in the team's own words, which question they now ask the brain first on a Monday.
5. Issues and support
- No support tickets were raised in the last thirty days, and none were high priority.
- No invoices are overdue.
- Nothing is open with us at the moment. If something has been awkward and not worth a ticket, please tell us.
6. Plan for the next quarter

Thank you for your time and for the feedback you have given us as a design partner. Just to close the loop: we will come back to you with a date for the walkthrough, and we would welcome your view on how the team is finding it.
