What it says
What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Draft proposal dated 7 Mar 2024 to move Lornefield from Starter to Growth at the 2 Apr 2024 renewal. It proposes an annual price of £44k, up from £20k, with no discount. Growth first response is one business hour.
What it is: a draft proposal from Nell Ashcombe, marked "Status: Draft", for a Starter to Growth move. It is an open item, not a contract.
Commits: nothing is signed. The text proposes "Annual price for the Growth subscription: £44k, invoiced annually in advance with standard payment terms" and a first response "within one business hour".
Unusual: "Discount: none included in this draft". The Growth availability percentage and the refresh deadline are described only as standard, not stated as figures.
Not settled: which teams join first, which sources are added, whether invoicing is quarterly, and who reviews the order form and security questions. The evidence does not show whether it was accepted, and the document is old against the 2026-10-09 as-of date.

Body
Lornefield Pensions Administration - Proposal v1
Status: Draft Prepared by: Nell Ashcombe, Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder, BB-Demo Date: 7 Mar 2024 Customer success manager: Daniel Okafor
1. Context
Lornefield Pensions Administration has used the brain on the Starter tier since 3 Apr 2023, first as a design partner and then as a customer. The brain gives scheme-relationship managers one view of trustee calls, member-query tickets and fee invoices.
The current term ends on 2 Apr 2024. Use has grown recently: more people are active in the brain than in the previous quarter, and the account is paid up with no overdue invoices. Since the current plan covers 15 licensed users and is built for one team, this is a good moment to look at what the next stage could be.
2. What we propose
Move Lornefield from Starter to Growth at the renewal, so that the brain can serve several teams rather than one.

| Current | Proposed | |
|---|---|---|
| Tier | Starter | Growth |
| Users | 15 licensed users | The Growth user allowance |
| Connectors | The Starter connector allowance | The Growth connector allowance |
| Dashboards builder | Not included | Included |
| Reviews | Six-monthly check-in | Quarterly business reviews |
| Annual price | £20k | £44k |
3. Scope
- Keep the existing sources and the trustee call, ticket and invoice views working as they do today.
- Bring additional teams into the brain, starting with the groups Lornefield names as the next priority.
- Add further connectors within the Growth allowance as those teams need them.
- Give the wider group access to the dashboards builder so that Lornefield can build its own views.
4. Service levels
Growth carries the standard Growth service levels: the Growth availability commitment, a first response to the most serious tickets within one business hour, and the nightly refresh complete before the working day on business days. Service credits for availability apply as set out in the Growth terms.
5. Commercials
- Proposed deal amount: £44k
- Annual price for the Growth subscription: £44k, invoiced annually in advance with standard payment terms
- Term: starting at the end of the current term on 2 Apr 2024
- Discount: none included in this draft
6. Open points
- Which teams join first, and who at Lornefield sponsors each of them.
- Which additional sources Lornefield wants connected, and in what order.
- Whether Lornefield wants quarterly invoicing instead of annual.
- Who at Lornefield will review the order form and the security questions on the regulated data.
