What it says
What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Proposal issued 5 Oct 2026 to expand Fenmoor's Enterprise brain with more teams, connectors, Premium support and Sandbox. It leaves the contracted £125k unchanged. It is unsigned by both parties, so it is an open item.
What it is: a BG-Demo proposal for an expansion under the existing MSA. It states "It does not change the contracted subscription" and that any expansion would be added by a further order form.
Commits: nothing binding. Both signature lines read "Not yet signed". The contracted position quoted is Enterprise, £125k, 150 users, contract end 30 Jun 2027, with service levels and credits left to the executed order form.
Unusual: the proposal is marked Final at version 1 yet is unsigned, and it states the account "no longer has an active BG-Demo account owner on the commercial side". Daniel Okafor is the day-to-day contact.
Not settled: add-on prices, connector counts and go-live dates. Pricing is to be set "line by line in the order form". Co-terming with 30 Jun 2027 is suggested, not agreed.

Body
Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting - Proposal
Version 1 | Final | Issued 5 Oct 2026
Prepared by BG-Demo for Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting. Customer success contact: Daniel Okafor.
1. Context
Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting has been a BG-Demo customer since 1 Jul 2024 and runs B-Glass on the Enterprise tier. The brain gives underwriting operations one view of submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity, so that capacity providers' oversight questions can be answered from a single place rather than reconciled by hand across systems.
The current position, as held in the executed contract, is:
| Item | Position |
|---|---|
| Tier | Enterprise |
| Annual recurring revenue (contracted) | £125k |
| Licensed users | 150 |
| Contract end | 30 Jun 2027 |
| Deal type for this proposal | Expansion |
This proposal sets out how Fenmoor can build on that base. It does not change the contracted subscription; any expansion would be added by a further order form under the existing MSA.
2. What we have seen
The account is healthy and the picture is a positive one.
Read the whole document (5,899 characters)
- Adoption is rising. The average number of people active in a typical month has grown compared with the prior quarter, and the licensed user allowance leaves a great deal of headroom.
- Support is quiet. There have been only two tickets in the last thirty days, and none was high priority.
- Invoices are clean. There are no overdue invoices on the account.
In short, the brain is being used, it is not causing friction, and Fenmoor has room to put much more through it without any change to the user allowance.
3. Proposed scope of the expansion
Because the user allowance is not the constraint, we recommend that the expansion focuses on depth and assurance rather than seats.
3.1 Further teams on the existing allowance
Bring additional underwriting, claims and finance teams onto the brain using the user allowance Fenmoor already holds. This is the lowest-cost route to more value and needs no change to licensed users. BG-Demo would run short onboarding sessions for each team and agree the first questions that team wants answered.
3.2 Additional connectors
Extend the brain to further source systems where underwriting operations still reconcile data manually. Connectors are the hard limit on the Enterprise tier, so we would review the current connector count with Fenmoor's operations lead before agreeing any additional connector add-on. Each connector promised in an order form carries a "live within N days" commitment, which would be written into the order form.
3.3 Premium support
Premium support gives Fenmoor a named engineer during extended UK hours. For a business answering oversight questions from capacity providers, a named point of contact shortens the path from a question to an answer when something needs investigating.
3.4 Sandbox
The Sandbox lets Fenmoor's team test new connectors, dashboards and questions safely before they reach the live brain. It is particularly useful ahead of any change to a source system.
3.5 Data residency and training (optional)
If Fenmoor's capacity providers or regulators ask for it, dedicated data residency and an on-site training day are available as add-ons. We include them here for completeness; we do not assume they are needed.
4. What stays the same
| Area | Position |
|---|---|
| Service levels | As set out in the executed order form for the Enterprise tier |
| Availability | The Enterprise availability level |
| Data freshness | Nightly refresh complete by 07:00 UK time on business days |
| Service credits | Enterprise credits for availability and for data freshness |
| Hosting | Inside Fenmoor's own Snowflake account |
| Executive sponsor | Retained as part of the Enterprise tier |
Nothing in this proposal alters the contracted terms. Where this document and the executed order form differ, the executed order form decides.
5. Commercials
The expansion does not restate the subscription price. The contracted annual recurring revenue of £125k stays as it is. Pricing for any add-on selected from section 3 will be set out line by line in the order form so that Fenmoor can approve each item separately. First-term discounts, where they apply, are limited to the first term only.
Fenmoor's contract runs to 30 Jun 2027. We suggest that any expansion is co-termed with that date, so that there is a single renewal conversation rather than two.
6. Delivery approach
| Phase | Activity | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Agree scope | Confirm which of the options in section 3 Fenmoor wants | Fenmoor operations lead with Daniel Okafor |
| Order form | BG-Demo issues the order form for the selected items | BG-Demo commercial team |
| Enablement | Onboard the new teams and connectors | BG-Demo delivery team |
| Review | Measure questions asked and adoption in the following quarterly review | Daniel Okafor |
7. Next steps
- Fenmoor reviews the options in section 3 and tells Daniel Okafor which are of interest.
- BG-Demo prepares an order form for the chosen items, co-termed with the existing contract.
- Both parties agree an enablement plan and the date the first new team goes live.
Because the account no longer has an active BG-Demo account owner on the commercial side, Daniel Okafor is Fenmoor's day-to-day contact for this proposal and will bring in the right colleagues for the order form.
8. Acceptance
This proposal is final at version 1. Acceptance is by signature of the order form that follows, signed by an authorised signatory of Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting and an authorised signatory of BG-Demo.
| Party | Title | Signature | Date |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting | Authorised signatory | Not yet signed | Not yet signed |
| BG-Demo | Authorised signatory | Not yet signed | Not yet signed |
