Draft expansion proposal for Fenmoor's Enterprise subscription, dated 30 Sep 2026 and not yet reviewed with Fenmoor. It proposes more teams, sources and optional add-ons. Pricing is not set; the £125k is the current contracted figure only.

What it is: an internal draft proposal marked "Not yet reviewed with Fenmoor and not an offer capable of acceptance". It proposes extending the existing Enterprise subscription to further teams and sources.

Commits: nothing new. It states that "The expansion does not change the contracted service levels", including the nightly refresh by 07:00 UK time on business days and credits for data freshness as well as availability.

Unusual: the account has no active BG-Demo commercial owner, and Daniel Okafor is the interim contact. The draft shows about twenty-two active users against 150 licensed.

Not settled: "Pricing is not set in this draft." Scope, sponsor, connector needs, dates and internal approval are all open, and the draft must be checked against the executed order form before anything is sent.

1. Context

Fenmoor Specialty Underwriting is a City managing general agent writing marine cargo and professional indemnity for Lloyd's syndicates. Fenmoor has been a BG-Demo customer since 1 Jul 2024 on the Enterprise tier, and its current term runs to 30 Jun 2027.

Fenmoor bought B-Glass so that underwriting operations can answer capacity providers' oversight questions from one view of submissions, bordereaux queries, claims tickets and CRM activity. This proposal sets out how that view could be extended, building on what the brain already does for the team.

2. Where the account stands today

MeasurePosition
TierEnterprise
Contracted annual recurring revenue£125k
Licensed users150
Active users, 30-day averageabout twenty-two
Change in active users against the prior quarterup by a little under a quarter
Support tickets in the last 30 daystwo, none high priority
Overdue invoicesnone

A few things stand out from these figures:

  • Adoption is growing. Active use has risen on the prior quarter, and the account is healthy on support and payment.
  • There is a lot of licensed headroom. Only a small share of the licensed users are active, so the first conversation is about getting more of Fenmoor's teams asking questions, not about buying more seats.
  • Support has been quiet. Two tickets and no high-priority ones is consistent with a stable deployment.

3. What we propose

The expansion is about reach and depth within the Enterprise subscription Fenmoor already holds. The proposed scope, subject to confirmation with Fenmoor, is:

  1. Bring further teams onto the brain. Extend access beyond underwriting operations to teams that field capacity provider and syndicate questions, using the licensed user allowance Fenmoor already has.
  2. Add connected sources where Fenmoor needs them. Review which systems the oversight questions still depend on by hand and connect those within the Enterprise connector allowance, or discuss an additional connector block if the allowance is not enough.
  3. Structured onboarding for the new teams. Short, role-based sessions run with Fenmoor's operations lead, so the new users start with the questions that matter to them.
  4. Optional add-ons for discussion. These are options, not recommendations yet:
  5. Premium support, with a named engineer and extended UK hours.
  6. The Sandbox, for testing changes to sources and questions before they reach production.
  7. An on-site training day for the wider team.

4. Service levels

The expansion does not change the contracted service levels. Fenmoor stays on the Enterprise availability commitment, the Enterprise P1 first response time, and the nightly refresh completing by 07:00 UK time on business days. As an Enterprise customer, Fenmoor is also covered by service credits for data freshness as well as availability.

5. Commercials

Pricing is not set in this draft. No amount or annual value has been agreed, and none should be read into this document. The figure of £125k above is the contracted annual recurring revenue for the current subscription only.

Once scope is agreed, the commercial section will show:

  • any change to the annual subscription, shown separately from any one-off fee;
  • how the change co-terminates with the existing term ending 30 Jun 2027;
  • invoicing on the same basis as the current order form.

No dates beyond those above have been fixed.

7. Open points

  • Confirm with Fenmoor which teams are in scope and who sponsors the expansion on their side.
  • Confirm whether any new source needs more connectors than the Enterprise allowance includes.
  • Agree the commercial structure and obtain internal approval at BG-Demo.
  • Confirm a named BG-Demo commercial owner for the account, as the account does not currently have an active owner. Daniel Okafor knows the account best from day-to-day activity and is the contact in the meantime.
  • Check this draft against the executed order form before anything is sent to Fenmoor. The executed order form governs contracted price and terms.

8. Next steps

  1. Internal review of this draft by BG-Demo.
  2. Conversation with Fenmoor's operations lead to test the scope.
  3. Issue a revised version with pricing once scope is agreed.
