What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Demo for Mick Rhodes and Ricky Blanchard on a four-connector set-up. Tom quoted 56,000 for the first year, all-in. Mick closed with "Let's go with it", subject to the security spec and contract.
What happened: Tobias Renwick demoed the brain on a sandbox with Salesforce, the WMS and Xero connected. Tom Ashdown proposed four connectors to start, including email from Google Workspace.
Customer view: Mick wanted visibility across pipeline and stock, and said so again during the demo. Ricky asked whether a non-technical person could use it and was told about the on-site training day.
Commercial: Tom quoted 56,000 for the first year, subscription and implementation together, with about eight weeks to go live and annual renewal after that. Mick said "Let's go with it", but the security spec and contract still had to be reviewed by his tech and legal teams.
Watch: the call does not show a signed order form. The tier is not named, and the first-year figure is a quote, not an executed price.

Transcript
- Tom AshdownRight, everyone in? Mick, Ricky, Tobias and I, we're all here. Good. Cheers for making time again.
- Mick RhodesNo bother, mate. Ricky's keen to see what this looks like from his end.
- Ricky BlanchardYeah, I want to understand how this helps with what we're doing.
- Tobias RenwickI'll show you. Mick, you mentioned you're pulling data from Salesforce, the WMS, and Xero. I've got a sandbox here with your systems connected.
- Tobias RenwickThis is the brain. I'm going to ask it to show me all open orders with no warehouse receipt in the past three days.
- Tobias RenwickSee, it's pulling from Salesforce for the orders, and from your WMS to check if goods have been received. One answer from multiple systems. No copy-paste.
- Ricky BlanchardRight. So I can see what's coming in?
- Tobias RenwickExactly. And Mick, you see this page here? This is a dashboard we built. Top shows pipeline by stage from Salesforce. Bottom shows warehouse utilisation. So you can see if you're at risk because a deal is moving fast but you don't have stock to ship.
- Mick RhodesThat's exactly what I was saying in the first call. We need that visibility.
- Tom AshdownRight. And Carole can build a page showing invoiced deals, deals shipped, cash at risk. All from Xero and Salesforce at once.
- Mick RhodesCan we change what's on these pages, or are they fixed?
- Tobias RenwickYou build them. We have a dashboard builder: it's drag and drop, nothing fancy, but you can add charts, tables, whatever you need.
- Ricky BlanchardWhat if I'm not technical? Can I do this?
- Tobias RenwickIt's designed for everyone. We run a training day at the start, walk you through it, and then we're on the other end of the phone if you hit anything.
- Tom AshdownRight, so on connectors, we'll set up four to start. Salesforce, WMS, Xero, and email from Google Workspace. More after that if you want them.
- Mick RhodesOkay. Tobias, what about security? We've got data we don't want floating around.
- Tobias RenwickTo be precise, all your data stays in your Snowflake account. We never touch it. Encryption in transit and at rest. You can audit who's accessing what, when.
- Tom AshdownWe'll send you a full security spec this week. You can run it past your tech team.
- Ricky BlanchardWho's going to train us?
- Tom AshdownI'll be on the implementation, that's me and sometimes Tobias. We'll do a day on-site with your team, show you how to ask questions, build pages. Then I check in with you every week for the first month, then quarterly after that.
- Ricky BlanchardThat sounds good.
- Tom AshdownRight. So in terms of what you'd invest: we're looking at 56,000 for the first year, all-in. That's subscription and implementation together. The implementation takes about eight weeks from kickoff to you being live.
- Mick RhodesAnd then it's annual renewal after that?
- Tom AshdownYeah, annual. We'll talk renewal 90 days before it ends, see what you've learned, if you want to add stuff, all that.
- Mick RhodesOkay. What's the next step, then?
- Tom AshdownI'll send you the security spec and the contract. Have a look, get your tech team and legal team to check it over. If there's anything to change, we'll chat about it. If it all looks good, we sign and we kick off.
- Tobias RenwickAnd I'll be the person you ping if you've got technical questions during the implementation.
- Ricky BlanchardGood to know.
- Mick RhodesWhen would you want to start, if we signed next week?
- Tom AshdownProbably the week after. Give you a few days to get your Snowflake environment set up, sort credentials with each system, and then we dig in.
- Mick RhodesRight, that's doable.
- Tom AshdownCheers. I'll get those docs to you by end of week. Anything else?
- Ricky BlanchardI think we're good.
- Mick RhodesYeah, we're sorted. Let's go with it.
- Tom AshdownBrilliant. Cheers, both. Speak soon.
- Mick RhodesCheers, Tom.
- Ricky BlanchardCheers.
