What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026On the 14 Oct 2024 demo, Tarnbeck wanted renewals, claims and email in one place. Priya quoted Starter at £20k plus a £6,000 implementation fee, and a proposal was promised the same day.
What happened: Priya Raman and Hannah Lowe demoed the brain to Rachael Dixon and Abbie Gaskarth. Rachael's need is to stop bouncing between systems for renewals, claims and coverage questions.
Commercial: Priya positioned Starter at £20k for the first year plus a £6,000 implementation fee, about four weeks. Order form by the end of January, live by the end of March.
Customer view: Abbie pressed on data location and access control; Rachael said the timeline works and the call had been clear.
Watch: Hannah said Starter uses SAML single sign-on, while the price book lists SSO as Enterprise. Check what the order form promises. The three named systems plus one more fill all four Starter connectors.

- Hannah Lowe to include a technical architecture diagram for Abbie Gaskarth and the IT team.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- SSO on Starter was described on the call but is listed as an Enterprise feature, so expectations may be wrong.
Opportunities

Transcript
- Priya RamanRight, Rachael and Abbie, thanks so much for making time. Hannah and I are going to walk you through the brain today. What I want to know first is what's most important to you when you're looking at a system like this.
- Rachael DixonGood question. We've got client renewals, claims queries, coverage questions, all sitting in different places right now. We spend time bouncing between systems and we'd like to pull it together.
- Hannah LowePerfect. That's exactly what the brain does. Let me show you what it looks like. I'm going to share my screen now.
- Hannah LoweSo this is the brain running on a broker's data. You can see we've connected the renewals system, the claims system, and your email: so when you search or ask a question, it's pulling from all three. No jumping between tabs.
- Abbie GaskarthAnd all the data stays in our systems?
- Hannah LoweAll of it. The brain runs inside your Snowflake account. We don't store or copy anything. It's a query layer that sits on top of your existing data.
- Rachael DixonRight. So for us, a client calls with a renewal question. We'd be able to see their claims history and coverage in one place?
- Hannah LoweExactly. You search the client name or their renewal ID, and you get a timeline: their claims, renewals, premium history, any open queries from email. One view.
- Abbie GaskarthHow many systems can you connect?
- Hannah LoweThe short answer is: it depends on the tier. Starter comes with four connectors: so you could have renewals, claims, emails, and one other system like a CRM. If you need more, Growth tier goes up to eight, and Enterprise is twenty.
- Priya RamanAnd we'd work with you upfront to design which systems make the most sense for the team's workflow.
- Rachael DixonAnd security, how does that work?
- Hannah LoweTo be precise, we don't have access to your data. We run inside your Snowflake account, so you control everything. Encryption in transit and at rest. Your IT team would control the access permissions, who can see what.
- Abbie GaskarthAnd what about access control? We've got brokers and admin staff, different levels of permission.
- Hannah LoweStarter and Growth use SAML for single sign-on through your identity provider, Microsoft, Google, whatever you use. Enterprise adds SCIM, which means you can sync groups from your directory. Both tier up to a high level of control.
- Rachael DixonOK. So what does it cost?
- Priya RamanSo you'd be looking at Starter as a good fit. That's nineteen and a half for the first year, plus a six-thousand implementation fee. Implementation takes about four weeks: we'd build out your connectors, get the data flowing, and train the team.
- Abbie GaskarthAnd after the first year?
- Priya RamanYou renew for the annual fee. The implementation is a one-off.
- Rachael DixonAnd we'd own the setup, we're controlling the Snowflake account?
- Hannah LoweYes. It's your Snowflake account. We build the brain inside it, but you own everything. If you ever want to switch provider, you take it with you.
- Abbie GaskarthThat's good. What's the timeline?
- Priya RamanIf we can get an order form signed by the end of January, Hannah would kick off implementation in February. Four weeks means you'd be live by the end of March.
- Rachael DixonThat works for us. So what happens next?
- Priya RamanI'll send over a proposal with the full scope: the four connectors, the implementation timeline, security documentation, everything. You review it, we answer questions, and if you're keen, we move to order form.
- Hannah LoweAnd I'll include a technical architecture diagram so Abbie and your IT team can see exactly how it sits in your environment.
- Abbie GaskarthGreat. That's really helpful.
- Priya RamanBrilliant. So I'll send the proposal today. Any other questions before we wrap?
- Rachael DixonNot from me. That's been really clear.
- Priya RamanPerfect. Thanks, both. We'll stay in touch, and happy to jump on another call if you have questions on the proposal.
