On the 3 Feb 2025 check-in, Anita Mistry said question volume is quieter than in October but the brain still beats spreadsheets. She wants Starter again at £20k and was told the price is unchanged.

What happened: Marcus Bell noted questions had dipped from the autumn spike. Anita Mistry put it down to fewer urgent site issues and reported no connector problems and no tickets.

Customer view: she said Starter is still right and they are nowhere near the user or connector limits. Her only commercial question was whether the price would change.

Commercial: Marcus said the renewal at the start of May stays at £20k for the same tier, with paperwork due at the beginning of April. Later renewals fall under the v1 to v2 rule at the first renewal on or after 1 Jul 2026.

Watch: Marcus flagged that a falling habit of asking is the real risk, and asked her to encourage the team.

Hi Anita. Just a quick check-in on how Wellbrook's getting on. I've pulled the latest numbers, wanted to see how usage is trending as we move into the new year. How's the team doing with the brain?
  2. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
All right, yeah. We're still using it. The day-to-day questions are happening, but I'd say it's a bit quieter than it was in October.
  3. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
Okay. What I'm seeing is, questions are running at a steady rate, whereas in the autumn there was quite a spike in activity. So a slight dip. Nothing alarming, but it's worth asking: is there a reason for that? Are people distracted by something else, or has demand genuinely dropped?
  4. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
Honestly, I think it's just natural. We had a lot of site issues to work through in October, so people were asking lots of questions. Things have settled down a bit, so there are fewer urgent questions to ask.
  5. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
That makes sense. And are people still on board with it? Do you feel like it's doing the job?
  6. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
Yeah, I think so. When people need an answer about a ticket or an invoice, it's faster than hunting through spreadsheets. So it's there if we need it.
  7. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
Good. So it's still valuable, just the urgency has dropped because things are more stable. That's actually a healthy sign. The brain's doing its job, you fixed the problems faster. One thing to watch: sometimes when usage dips, people can lose the habit of asking. So I'd say, just encourage your team to think of questions they'd normally avoid. 'Which site has the oldest open ticket?' or 'How many invoices are we waiting on?' Those kinds of things. Keep the habit alive.
  8. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
I'll mention it to them, yeah.
  9. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
So on the admin side, any connector issues, any data refresh problems?
  10. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
No, nothing. Rakesh says it's all been solid.
  11. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
Brilliant. And no tickets with us?
  12. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
    No, all quiet.
  13. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
That's great. So everything's stable. The reason I'm checking in now is because your contract's coming up for renewal in about three months, 1 May. So I wanted to touch base: are you happy with Starter, or is there anything you'd want to change when we renew?
  14. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
I think Starter's still right for us. We're not anywhere near hitting the user limit or running out of connector slots.
  15. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
Good to know. So on renewal, you'd be looking at the same tier, 15 users, 4 connectors. That'll be £19,500 for the next year, same as this year.
  16. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
Okay. Is there any price change?
  17. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
Good question. So we did a price adjustment earlier in the year. Customers who signed before the end of 2025 keep their old price when they renew. Your contract's from May last year, so you're grandfathered in, you stay at £19,500.
  18. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
    Brilliant. That's good to know.
  19. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
Yeah, so no surprises. We'll send renewal paperwork at the beginning of April. All you need to do is sign and we're done. Same 12-month term, same level of support. If anything changes between now and then: you want to add users, or a new connector, or you're thinking about Growth, just give me a shout. Otherwise, we'll see the renewal come through in the normal course.
  20. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
    Sounds good.
  21. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
Cheers. One small ask, get your team back in the habit of asking questions. Even if the urgent ones are behind you, the brain's there for ongoing visibility. Any questions on your side?
  22. Anita Mistry
    Anita Mistry
No, I think we're all set.
  23. Marcus Bell
    Marcus Bell
Brilliant. So next touch-point is April with the renewal docs. If anything comes up between now and then, just let me know. Thanks, Anita. Speak soon.
