What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026On 9 Feb 2024 Wellbrook's Anita Mistry and Rakesh Solanki saw the brain demo. Anita called it a huge time saver, and Rakesh needed data to stay in their Snowflake account. A proposal and a final call with Clive were agreed.
What happened: Tobias Renwick walked through the architecture, nightly refresh and read-only connectors to the helpdesk, CRM and finance system. Priya Raman closed by promising a proposal and a final call with Clive.
Customer view: Anita said it would save opening three tabs and logging in repeatedly. Rakesh's one condition was that data stays inside their Snowflake account.
Commercial: Tobias covered the security review for Enterprise and a lighter process for Starter, but no tier or price was set on this call.
Watch: Clive was not on the call and holds the final decision as the call frames it. The evidence does not show the outcome of the proposal.

Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Priya Raman to send the proposal with investment and timeline the week after the demo.
- Priya Raman to arrange the final call with Clive to close.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Clive was not on the demo and the final decision is to be taken on a later call with him.
- Rakesh Solanki needs data to stay inside the Snowflake account, so any deviation would stall the deal.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Anita Mistry sees a clear time saving from one search across helpdesk, CRM and finance data.

- Priya RamanHi everyone, thanks for being here. So, we're at the demo stage now: last time Clive and Anita got the picture of what the brain does, and today Tobias is going to walk us through how it all connects to your data. Tobias, shall we kick off?
- Tobias RenwickYes, thanks Priya. So, before I dive into the product, Rakesh, I wanted to ask, on your end, what does your security team need to see? Any particular concerns around data residency, access controls, that sort of thing?
- Rakesh SolankiGood question. We're fairly standard in our setup, but we would want to see that it's all staying within our Snowflake account. We don't want data going elsewhere.
- Tobias RenwickPerfect. So that's exactly how it works. Your Snowflake account is the boundary: we run inside it, the data never moves, and you control the access. Your security team can audit everything. So let me share my screen and show you how this works.
- Tobias RenwickRight. So what I'm showing you now is the architecture. Your helpdesk, your CRM, your finance system, we set up connectors to each one. They pull data into a staging layer inside Snowflake every night. Then the AI layer sits on top of that.
- Anita MistryHow often does it refresh?
- Tobias RenwickNightly. Complete refresh by 07:00 your local time on business days. So you're never working with data more than 24 hours old.
- Anita MistryGood.
- Tobias RenwickNow, let me show you what this looks like from the user's perspective. So if you're Anita here, asking about a specific client site: what tickets are open, what's the invoice status, what audits have been done: you'd come to the search, type or ask a question, and the brain pulls the answer from across all three systems.
- Rakesh SolankiAnd that data is all read-only from your side?
- Tobias RenwickYes. We're pulling data, not writing back. You stay in control of your source systems.
- Rakesh SolankiOkay, that's good.
- Priya RamanAnita, does that address what you were describing, the jumping between systems?
- Anita MistryYeah, absolutely. This would be a huge time saver. Instead of opening three tabs and logging in multiple times, it's all in one place.
- Tobias RenwickExactly. And as you use it, the system learns what questions matter to your team. So it gets faster and smarter. On the admin side, Rakesh, you get a dashboard showing connector health, freshness, who's asking what. If something breaks: if your helpdesk changes a field, for instance, we alert you and help you fix it.
- Rakesh SolankiThat's useful.
- Tobias RenwickOne other thing, on the security side, we do go through a third-party security review for Enterprise tier customers. For Starter, it's less formal, but your team can request anything they need to see.
- Anita MistryI think we're pretty straightforward on that front. This all makes sense.
- Priya RamanGreat. So next steps, we'll pull together a proposal for you, get that over by next week. You'll see the investment, the timeline, all of that. Then we'd move to a final call with Clive and get this over the line.
- Anita MistrySounds good.
- Priya RamanCheers everyone, thanks for the time.
