What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026On 28 Sep 2026 Allison Pereira asked for the renewal timeline and a by-client usage view to build the value case. Usage is up and she wants more account managers on before open enrollment.
What happened: Hollie Grieve opened with the usage headline: more people using it, more questions asked, and not one person doing it all. Allison Pereira, VP Client Service, said Jasmine's team now runs its Monday review off the dashboard.
Customer view: Allison raised the renewal herself and said she wants a view on value by then. She does not want to be surprised, and wants her team spared too.
Commercial: The term runs to 25 May 2027, with the renewal falling on 26 May 2027. Only a small slice of the 40 Growth seats is in use, so there is room to widen adoption.
Watch: The evidence does not show price or terms being discussed. The by-client dashboard is the value case and is needed before open enrollment.

Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Allison Pereira to send names for the short session by Friday.
- Hollie Grieve to send the by-client dashboard steps to Allison and Monica Starling early next week.
- Hollie Grieve to book Laura Penhaligon for the short session and bring the by-client view to the next review.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Allison wants a clear view of value before the 26 May 2027 renewal, and the value case is not yet built.
- Only a small slice of the 40 Growth seats is in use, so value rests on a few people.
- The by-client dashboard must be ready before open enrollment, so timing is tight.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Allison wants the account managers on the brain, which would grow use within the 40 Growth seats.
- A by-client usage dashboard would give Allison a value case for her directors and for the renewal.
Transcript
- Allison PereiraHi Hollie! Sorry, I'm a minute early, I know. Can you hear me?
- Hollie GrieveI can, hi Allison. No problem at all, good to see you. How's the week been?
- Allison PereiraBusy, always. So, renewals first, because that's how I start everything. We've got a handful coming up across the employer clients and I want to be sure none of them slip. That's partly why I wanted this call.
- Hollie GrievePerfect, that's a good place to start, because that's where I think you've got the clearest story from the usage. Can I give you the headline first?
- Allison PereiraPlease. What's the signal?
- Hollie GrieveGood one. More of your people are using it, and quite a bit more than last quarter. Questions asked are up with it, and it's not one person doing it all, which is what I like to see. The training session in August seems to have made a difference.
- Allison PereiraYes, Jasmine and Monica came out of that really fired up. Jasmine's been running her Monday review off the dashboard ever since. Her team actually fights over who presents it.
- Hollie GrieveHa, that's lovely to hear. And you've got forty seats on Growth, so there's a lot of room still. Only a small slice of them are in use.
- Allison PereiraRight, and that's something I want to fix before open enrollment, please. I want the account managers on it, not just a few of us. Can you tell me what the best way is to get them going without it being a big thing?
- Hollie GrieveSmaller groups, I'd say. Ten minutes on the one question each person asks most, then let them loose. Laura can do a short session again if you want. Or I can, I'm happy either way.
- Allison PereiraLet's do it with Laura, she knows the setup. I'll get you names this week. Actually I'll get them to you by Friday, so you're not chasing me.
- Hollie GrieveGreat. Is there anything that's frustrating people at the moment? I saw a couple of tickets come through, nothing alarming, but I'd rather hear it from you.
- Allison PereiraNothing major. Naming, mostly. Same client turning up under two names depending on which system you look at. Monica's cleaning it up in the CRM, I believe.
- Hollie GrieveYes, Laura flagged that after the training. It'll get better as that's tidied. If anything still looks split afterwards, send me the example and we'll look at it.
- Allison PereiraWill do. Okay, second thing. Can we see that by client? The usage, I mean. Which employer clients are actually getting looked at, and which ones nobody's touched. That's what my directors will ask me.
- Hollie GrieveThat's a good one, and yes, you can build it as a dashboard. I'd want to show Jasmine or Monica the quickest way. If I send over a short note on how to do it, would that work?
- Allison PereiraYes, but send it to Monica as well, she'll own it. And I'd want it ready before open enrollment, so the next few weeks. Is that realistic?
- Hollie GrieveRealistic, yes. It's mostly the same steps they did in the training, with a different grouping. I'll get it to you both early next week.
- Allison PereiraBrilliant. Now, the contract. I know we're a few months in, but what's the timeline looking like for the renewal? I like to have it on my list early.
- Hollie GrieveSure. Your term runs to 25 May 2027, with the renewal falling on 26 May 2027. I'll be in touch well ahead of that, and we'll have the quarterly reviews between now and then, so there shouldn't be any surprises on either side.
- Allison PereiraGood. I don't want to be surprised, and I don't want my team surprised. I'd rather we review it properly and have a view on value by then.
- Hollie GrieveAgreed, and the by-client view will help with that, because it's your value case in one picture. We can pull it together for the next review.
- Allison PereiraLove it. Okay, anything else from your side?
- Hollie GrieveJust to confirm what we said. You send me names by Friday for the short session, I'll send the by-client dashboard steps to you and Monica early next week, and I'll book Laura. Does that match what you have?
- Allison PereiraThat's exactly it. Great call, Hollie. Thanks, speak soon.
- Hollie GrieveThanks, Allison. Speak soon, take care.
