What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Demo to Phoebe Lacey and Jodie Sims on their own data. Pain is scattered emails, calls and notes. Starter quoted at £26k for the first year, with a proposal promised the same day and signing targeted by 12 Sep 2025.
What happened: Lewis Kerr hosted and Hannah Lowe demonstrated the chat view on Cadnam Rise's own data. Phoebe and Jodie described candidate and client history spread across three systems.
Customer view: Phoebe said it felt like something they would really use and asked when they could go live. Jodie called the demo slick and asked what happens at the fifteen-user limit.
Commercial: Lewis quoted Starter at £26k for the first year, with four weeks of implementation, and said it renews at the end of year one. Hannah explained Growth as the upgrade path if the user limit is hit.
Watch: the evidence does not show who else signs off, and no one senior beyond the Operations Manager spoke. Signing by 12 Sep 2025 was the date given for an early October start.

Follow-up
Next steps
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Lewis Kerr to send the proposal to Phoebe Lacey the same day as the call.
- Lewis Kerr to follow up the next week and confirm the signing date of 12 Sep 2025.
Risks
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- The evidence does not show who beyond the Operations Manager approves the purchase, so the sign-off route is unclear.
- Fifteen users is a soft limit on Starter, so a growing team may need Growth soon after signing.
Opportunities
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026- Starter at £25,500 for the first year, with Growth as a clear upgrade path if users exceed fifteen.
- Both attendees named a concrete daily pain that the brain answers directly.
Transcript
- Lewis KerrRight, hi everyone. Thanks for joining. I know Wednesday afternoons can be tricky, so I appreciate you making the time. How's it been on the South Coast this week?
- Phoebe LaceyWarm, actually. Unusually pleasant for July. We're pleased to see what you've got for us.
- Lewis KerrLovely. So I've got Hannah with me, she's our Solutions Engineer and she'll walk you through a demo on your own data. But first, Phoebe, Jodie, just quickly, what would be the one thing you'd most want to solve if you had a tool like this?
- Phoebe LaceyHonestly, we have emails, calls, notes scattered everywhere. When someone asks for a candidate update, I'm digging through three systems to find the history.
- Jodie SimsYeah, that's my pain too. And if I want to see what's happened with a client over time: conversations, placements, everything, I have to manually pull it together.
- Hannah LoweOK, that's exactly what we solve. To be precise: everything you've got in email, calls, your ATS, your CRM: the brain sits on top of all of it, and you ask it in natural language. No joining databases by hand.
- Hannah LoweSo I'm going to show you how that works using your own data. Let me share my screen now.
- Lewis KerrGo ahead, Hannah.
- Hannah LoweRight. So this is the interface. You're looking at the chat view. You can ask it anything, show me all interactions with this candidate in the last thirty days. The short answer is it answers immediately. The longer answer is that we've indexed everything you have: calls, emails, notes, and it brings them together.
- Jodie SimsThat's slick. So if I type a question…?
- Hannah LoweType a question, yeah. Exactly like you're talking. The brain understands it and pulls the answer from everything you have. No SQL, no, you're just asking in English.
- Phoebe LaceyHow long does it take to connect our systems?
- Hannah LoweImplementation is four weeks. We'll connect your ATS, your email, calls, whatever you want in the brain. We'll test everything and make sure it's accurate before you go live.
- Lewis KerrAnd to put a number on it, for Starter, which I reckon fits you, you're looking at fifteen users, four connectors. The all-in cost for the first year is £25,500.
- Phoebe LaceyWhat happens after the first year?
- Lewis KerrIt renews at the end of year one. No implementation fee in year two. And we do check-ins with you every six months to make sure you're getting value.
- Jodie SimsAnd if we hit the fifteen-user limit, what then?
- Hannah LoweYou'd need to upgrade to Growth. That's forty users included, and eight connectors instead of four. But Starter is a soft limit: meaning we'll tell you when you're getting close, and you can decide if it's time to move up.
- Lewis KerrSo for a few more quick questions, what about support?
- Hannah LoweStarter comes with email support, four-business-hour response time. Your data refreshes every night, so you're always working with fresh information.
- Phoebe LaceyThis feels like the sort of thing we'd really use. When could we go live if we signed up?
- Lewis KerrIf we can get you signed by 12 Sep 2025, we could kick off in early October. You'd be running by early November.
- Lewis KerrSo next steps, I'll send over a proposal, you have a look-through, and let's chat next week about any questions. Does that work?
- Phoebe LaceyYeah, that works. Thanks Lewis, Hannah. Really helpful.
- Lewis KerrBrilliant. I'll get the proposal to you today. Cheers, speak soon.
