What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26Ollie Pearson set out a four-week onboarding for Moycullen Recruitment on Starter, connecting the CRM and the accounting system inside its Snowflake account. The customer was clear on the plan and nothing was contested.
What happened: Ollie walked Orla Keane and Ciara Joyce through the plan on 29 Jul 2026. Two connectors, CRM and accounting system, with about a week to go live, a week of validation, then training in week three.
Customer view: Ciara said seeing CRM and invoicing together would help Orla manage the pipeline. She also said that keeping data inside their Snowflake account is important for them.
Commercial: They are on Starter with fifteen users. Ollie mentioned a six-monthly check-in and Marcus as the ongoing support contact.
Watch: Go-live depends on the data-access form coming back within a few days. The evidence does not show whether it was returned.

Transcript
- Ollie Pearson NoneOrla, Ciara, brilliant, thanks for joining. I'm Ollie, implementation. Really excited to get you up and running. How are you both?
- Orla Keane NoneHi Ollie. Yeah, we're looking forward to this. It's been a busy few weeks prepping.
- Ciara Joyce NoneYeah, same. Ready to get going.
- Ollie Pearson NoneGreat. So this call is to set out the next four weeks: what we're going to do, who's doing what, and how we get you live. After this, I'll send over a detailed timeline and a data-access form. Sound OK?
- Orla Keane NoneYep, that works.
- Ollie Pearson NoneRight. So you're on the Starter tier with fifteen users. We're going to connect your CRM, I think that's where your client accounts and recruitment deals live: and your invoicing system, so you can ask questions across both. Is that the plan?
- Ciara Joyce NoneYeah, that's right. Our CRM has all the candidates and clients, and invoicing has the deals. Being able to see them together would help Orla manage the pipeline.
- Ollie Pearson NonePerfect. So two connectors then, CRM and accounting system. The way this works is I send you a secure data-access form. You fill it in, just details about how to reach your systems, and we do all the technical work from our end. Everything stays inside your Snowflake account.
- Orla Keane NoneAnd how long does that process take?
- Ollie Pearson NoneOnce we have the data-access form, about a week to get the connectors live and pulling data. Then I validate: check that we're seeing the right records, no gaps, and that's another week. So two weeks from the form to everything being ready to train on.
- Ciara Joyce NoneAnd then training?
- Ollie Pearson NoneYeah, in week three. I'll do a session with you two and whoever else from the team wants to come: walk through searching the brain, how to ask questions, saving common queries. Couple of hours usually.
- Orla Keane NoneAnd then we're live?
- Ollie Pearson NoneYeah, straight after training. You've got access to everything, and Marcus, he's your customer success manager, will jump on a quick call to check in after a week and see how you're getting on.
- Ciara Joyce NoneGood. What do we need to do on our side?
- Ollie Pearson NoneFill in the data-access form within a few days, that's the main thing. And if anything changes in your systems during the next four weeks, a new field in your CRM, a system upgrade, just give me a heads-up so we can adjust the connectors.
- Orla Keane NoneOK. And after go-live, how does support work?
- Ollie Pearson NoneMarcus handles ongoing support. Any questions, you email him or give him a ring. He'll usually get back within a business day. You also get check-ins, actually, I think you're set for a six-monthly check-in sometime next year. Marcus will sort that.
- Ciara Joyce NoneIs there anything technical we should know? Like, data quality or anything?
- Ollie Pearson NoneThe brain works best when the data feeding it is clean, consistent formatting, no orphaned records. Sounds like your CRM and invoicing are pretty well maintained, so you should be fine. When I get the access, I'll do a quick audit and let you know if there's anything to tidy up.
- Orla Keane NoneFair enough. And the connectors, they're live inside our Snowflake, right?
- Ollie Pearson NoneExactly. All the processing happens in your Snowflake account. We never hold a copy of your data: it's yours, and you control who sees it.
- Ciara Joyce NoneGood. That's important for us.
- Ollie Pearson NoneRight. So timeline: I'll send the form and project plan by end of day today. You send the form back, aim for within a few days. By end of next week, connectors should be live. Week after, validation and training, and you're live. Any questions?
- Orla Keane NoneI think we're clear. Just send everything over and we'll get it done.
- Ollie Pearson NoneBrilliant. I'll get it to you today. And Ciara, my email's in the docs: if you hit any snags filling in the form, just ping me and I'll walk you through it.
- Ciara Joyce NoneWill do. Thanks.
- Ollie Pearson NoneCheers, both. Looking forward to getting you live. Speak soon.
- Orla Keane NoneCheers, Ollie.
