What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Ollie Pearson reported Salesforce, accounting and call recorder connected, HR system next as the fourth connector. Orla Keane and Ciara Joyce raised no concerns. A data report and a login are promised in the coming weeks.
What happened: On the 13 Jul 2026 call Ollie said Salesforce data was coming through cleanly and the accounting system and call recorder were connected. The HR system, the fourth connector, was still to come.
Customer view: Orla and Ciara asked practical questions about what comes next and what is needed from them. Neither raised a concern about price, value or a rival.
Commercial: Ollie promised an index report by Friday of the following week and a login in week three. He asked the customer to decide the first question they want to ask the brain, which sets up early adoption.
Watch: Ollie worked around a question on the chart of accounts structure rather than resolving it. The evidence does not show whether it was settled with the customer.

Transcript
- Ollie PearsonMorning, Ciara, Orla. How are we getting on? We're at the end of week one now.
- Ciara JoyceHi, Ollie. Yeah, we've got the access sorted. I got your list and sorted all the credentials.
- Ollie PearsonBrilliant. Right, so I've been pulling the Salesforce data and it's all coming through cleanly. I've also connected the accounting system, I had one small question about the chart of accounts structure, but I've worked around it for now. The call recorder's set up and indexing your recent calls. No blockers so far.
- Orla KeaneThat sounds good. What happens next?
- Ollie PearsonSo over the next week, I'll finish getting the HR system hooked up, that's the fourth connector, and I'll run through the data to make sure there are no weird duplicates or formatting issues. By end of next week, you should have a report showing everything that's indexed: how many accounts, how many calls, how many invoices, et cetera. That'll give you a sense of what the brain is working with.
- Ciara JoyceAnd then we get access to ask questions?
- Ollie PearsonYep. Week three you'll get a login. I'll send you a quick walkthrough guide, just the basics of how to ask a question, what the interface looks like. It's pretty straightforward.
- Orla KeaneOkay, good. Has Amara been in touch?
- Ollie PearsonShe sent that welcome email last week. I think she was going to check in with you after week two just to see how things are going. You'll hear from her probably next Tuesday or Wednesday.
- Ciara JoyceCool. And what do you need from us this week?
- Ollie PearsonJust keep doing what you're doing. If there's anything that seems odd, if someone gets an email saying a system went down, anything like that, just let me know. Otherwise, I'm just getting things ready on my end.
- Orla KeaneWhen will you send that data report you mentioned?
- Ollie PearsonBy Friday of next week. Gives you the weekend to look at it, and then when we do the week three review, you can ask questions about it.
- Ciara JoyceThat's good. Anything else we should be thinking about or preparing?
- Ollie PearsonNot really for now. Just keep everything running smoothly on your side. In week three, when you've got access, you might want to think about: what's the first question you really want to ask the brain? What's the pain it solves for you? That helps you start using it with purpose rather than just exploring.
- Orla KeaneThat's a good idea. Yeah, we'll think about that.
- Ollie PearsonGreat. I'll send you that report by Friday, and we'll jump on a call next week once you've had a chance to look at it. Sound good?
- Ciara JoyceYep, sounds good. Cheers, Ollie.
- Orla KeaneThanks.
