What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Demo call with Brooke Dawson, who found the brain useful and said it could work well. Lewis Kerr proposed Starter and promised a proposal with scope and pricing by end of week. No price was discussed.
What happened: Hannah Lowe demoed the brain on a sample company with orders, tickets and invoices. Brooke said a query that would take her half an hour is instant, and that the brain is really valuable.
Customer view: Brooke described jumping between Salesforce, the helpdesk and the accounting system. She asked how setup works, who maintains the connectors, and what tier and cost to expect.
Commercial: Lewis suggested Starter, with 15 users and four connectors, and a four-week implementation. He gave no figures and committed to send a proposal by end of week, then set up a walkthrough call.
Watch: Brooke is the only customer participant, and the evidence does not show who else would sign or what budget exists. Pricing is still open.

Transcript
- Lewis KerrHi Brooke, Lewis Kerr from BG-Demo. And this is Hannah Lowe, our Solutions Engineer. Thanks so much for the time.
- Brooke DawsonThanks for having us. Good to meet you both.
- Hannah LoweAnd you. So what we'd like to do today is walk through the brain with you: show you how it actually works, and let's talk about what kinds of questions your team would want to ask it. Sound OK?
- Brooke DawsonYeah, perfect. I've been looking forward to this.
- Lewis KerrGreat. So Brooke, just to remind you: you're a logistics business, customer accounts, delivery tickets, that kind of thing. Is that right?
- Brooke DawsonYeah, exactly. We manage customer accounts, we track deliveries, and we need to see how customers are performing: order frequency, payment terms, all of that.
- Hannah LowePerfect. So right now, that data is probably spread across your CRM, maybe a helpdesk, finance system, that kind of thing?
- Brooke DawsonYeah, exactly. We've got Salesforce, the helpdesk, our accounting system. Lots of jumping between tools.
- Lewis KerrWhich is what we solve. So Hannah's going to walk you through a quick demo, I'll share my screen, and we'll show you the brain in action. Feel free to ask questions as we go.
- Hannah LoweRight. So I'm going to show you a sample company that looks a lot like yours. It's got customer accounts, orders, support tickets, invoices. Everything you'd care about. And I'll ask the brain a few questions that would be relevant to you.
- Brooke DawsonOK, good.
- Hannah LoweRight, so here's the brain. You just type in natural language. I'm going to ask it: 'Show me customers with orders over 10,000 in the last month.' And watch, it takes about three seconds and pulls the answer. Three customers. Shows their name, total orders, last order date. Pretty straightforward.
- Brooke DawsonOh, that's useful. Normally that would take me, I don't know, half an hour?
- Hannah LoweEasily. You'd have to go to Salesforce, export, maybe Excel, clean it up. Whereas this is instant. Let me ask another one. 'Which customers have had more than two support tickets in the last quarter?' Again, three seconds. Seven customers. Click on one, you see all their tickets, the issues, when they were resolved. So you immediately know who your problematic customers are.
- Lewis KerrAnd imagine your team having this, instead of one person manually tracking all this stuff, everyone can just ask the brain a question whenever they need to.
- Brooke DawsonYeah, that's really valuable.
- Hannah LoweAnd one more. 'Show me customers who haven't placed an order in 90 days.' It pulls ten customers. Churn risk. You'd want to follow up with those, right?
- Brooke DawsonYeah, absolutely.
- Hannah LoweSo that's basically it. You have your data, Salesforce, the helpdesk, your accounting system, and you just ask it questions. The brain pulls the answer instantly, across all your systems. No more reconciliation.
- Lewis KerrAnd you'd control who has access: so maybe your sales team sees customer data, your customer service team sees tickets and invoices, that kind of thing.
- Brooke DawsonCan I ask, how do you get the data from all those systems? Does it need a lot of setup?
- Hannah LoweGood question. We have connectors, kind of like bridges, that pull data from each system into your Snowflake. Salesforce connector, helpdesk connector, finance connector. They run automatically every night. Your IT team just gives us the access, and we handle the rest.
- Brooke DawsonAnd you maintain that? We don't have to?
- Hannah LoweCompletely our side. If something breaks or changes, we fix it. And your data stays in your Snowflake the whole time. We don't store it anywhere else.
- Lewis KerrSo you own the data, you control it. We just make sure the connectors keep running.
- Brooke DawsonWhat tier would this be for us?
- Lewis KerrI'd think Starter. You'd have up to 15 users, four connectors. Salesforce, helpdesk, finance, maybe Slack or email. That should cover your main needs. If you want to add more connectors later, you can upgrade or add them as add-ons.
- Hannah LoweAnd Starter also includes training, we'll get your team up to speed, and ongoing support. We do check-ins every six months.
- Brooke DawsonHow long does implementation take?
- Lewis KerrFor Starter, typically four weeks. We set up the connectors, make sure the data is loading right, train your team, and you go live.
- Brooke DawsonAnd what's the cost?
- Lewis KerrSo there's an implementation fee upfront, and then an annual subscription. I can send you a proposal with the exact numbers, but we're talking about the Starter tier. Let me get that over to you and we can have a follow-up conversation about pricing and timing if this is the right direction.
- Brooke DawsonThat sounds good. I think this could work well for us.
- Lewis KerrExcellent. So what I'll do is put together a proposal with the scope and pricing, and I'll send that over by end of week. Then we can set up a call to walk through it, answer any questions, and if you're happy, we move to the next stage.
- Brooke DawsonGreat.
- Lewis KerrAny other questions?
- Brooke DawsonNo, I think that's good. That was really helpful.
- Lewis KerrGreat. Really appreciate the time. You'll hear from me with that proposal. Cheers.
- Hannah LoweThanks, Brooke. Speak soon.
